Not sure how I ended up here.. I've never played a horse game in my life, but I stuck through to the end of this video. What shocked me the most was, of course, how the mods/devs ran their discord. That was absolutely insane... That would NEVER fly in any other game's community as the mods would get ripped to shreads. Most devs are aware of this.. I guess not all of them? Yea totally unacceptable on their part to try to tell people to only have "positive things to say" about their monetization lmao... The audacity. I've played many mobile games that sadly had egregious monetization schemes and I always voiced my concerns. If these were the types of responses I was getting from them.. oh fuq.. I'd be banned very quickly. Anyways, nice video !
What made me so angry with Wildshade is it's basically a direct copy of Alicia Online. Every single racing animation as well as the magic spells is completely stolen from Alicia Online. Even when your horse crosses the finish line in Wildshade, they stole the animations from the horse personality system in Alicia Online. Wildshade didn't even try to be original at all when it comes to racing.
I do put the animations side by side at the end, it was quite shocking to me how much they stole, and that they didn't get called out on it more. Sad, really.
Exactly! I can't believe people try to justify it. The magic spells, the animations, race tracks, obstacles, the finish line, stats, it's all completely ripped off from Alicia, and they're making profit off of it. I bet Tivola only felt so comfortable making a (almost) identical copy of Alicia because they knew the current Alicia developers can't take any legal action against Tivola, since they're not the real creators of the game.
Actually I'm glad that someone told me this (referring to both Rattle and you). With how impossible to run Alicia Online is, most people aren't even able to find out.
@@YTRattle could you do a video about Horse Paradise? It’s very similar to Wildshade when it comes to rare horses which are overpriced, the tasks to get these horses without spending your irl money are almost impossible, it has similar concepts to wildshade with addictive factors, cuteness factors, coats, extras etc and is quite dangerous for young children (I personally got very addicted as a young child and had sleepless nights because it pressures you to get the better horses and you can only get some cool horses during a limited time, after that you had to pay (some horses are completely only irl money too)) Foxy ventures is generally a manipulative and money focused horse game company (horse riding tales is from them too I believe, same concept) and would deserve some more criticism😅 Also they barely give anything in their games, just cool designs to show off and that’s it
Fun fact! The first ever trailer for wildshade, posted by the community director Alice, actually used Alicia Online's music! Alice, who literally works with the developers of WS, didn't know the music for it's main competitor??? Oof.
things we learnt from this video: - People get really heckin sick because the corners are weird - Everything is so expensive like wHy - Rattle likes drifting
Same! There are also some other cool looking games in development, like Unbridled: That Horse Game, Tales of Rein Ravine and Ranch of Rivershine. Hopefully with all the drama that happened with Wildshade and ETG (sadly... 😭) They can learn from their mistakes, and not make the same mistakes with their games. It sucks that some of them (Like Astride and Unbridled) are still so undeveloped. We are going to have to wait several years for them, hopefully they're worth it!
Who would've guessed that horse games would be so problematic. I just wanna make my silly little horse girl heart happy but now i've got trust issues... JUST GIVE ME MY HORSE GAME
I can't wait for either Astride or Ranch of Rivershine to release. I'm trying not to get hyped about them considering the trend of horse games being money grubbing but I have hope.
Because it’s an easy market for creators to try and get into, they know pretty horses sell and don’t think they need to put effort into anyone else because horse fans will spend money for pretty ponies 😢
You're not alone in feeling nauseous when it comes to Wildshade. As someone who gets motion sick rather easily, simply looking at the footage of the game makes me feel that way too 😕
@@YTRattle Doesn't really help that, for me, the graphics aren't that appealing. Like, I'm all for unconventional stylized graphics, and I know that this is a mobile game, but... it looks old. It looks less like it's supposed to be that way and more like it was made when better graphics weren't possible. Sakura School Simulator is a more stylistically sound game, and I'm pretty sure asset flips were utilized there.
@@goosegas2087 Maybe it's just me, but Wildshade's graphics really remind me of corporate art styles that are well known for lacking any emotion or uniqueness behind them
Thank you Imo Wildshade is basically just a crappy ripoff of Alicia online, they copy everything in the racing aspect from the animations down to the courses, it's insane
Hello, welcome to Trivola! We have a free game over here, and over here we have the same game for $20! What's the difference you ask? Well we have some more skins... And more love! We also have $30 water bottles!
I had a feeling from the very start I feel like. The animations and WS's response to someone asking about it on FB was enough for me to hate them. "AO is a private project. Having more of a thing you like isn't a bad thing :)" something of that sort, sheesh...
Yeah as soon as they brought out brushes, asking you to spend money for something purely cosmetic, I was out. Too hard to grind for a decent horse and not enough reward for races.
When are we gonna get a horse game with: A good dev team (looking at you etg) Timely updates No extreme microtransactions Can be both on pc and mobile You don't need to pay irl money for horses (looking at you sso) Can be played with friends Doesn't get boring/isn't repetitive It's beyond me that there's such a high demand for a good horse game but the only company involved is sso, I'm just really exited for astride and tales or revine
It makes sense that a horse game sells horses for real money like sso does since its the main point of the game and they have to make an income somehow, like genshin sells their character or Fifa sells their Players. It only goes down in how expensive they are and how the balance is earning those money currency (i.e. star coins, primogems) through the game without paying for it. It also depends in how much of content the game offers, if talking about wildshade, there is barely anything except only racing. So asking +50 bucks for a cosmetic coat on bad stats is wayyyy too overpriced :)
@@TrinketTheDragonsHoarde Wolfquest is really amazing. I used to play the 2.5 version when I was a kid and I'm happy to see how far the game got. I really wish there were horse games like this :(
@@airesune Just gather all those longing for a game like it and then try and find a dev team. I like the Niche genetics survival game dev team though not sure they could do a horse game. But if all the horse game fans got together I imagine they could co-create one... its just finding the right dev-team... like can we please have more like WolfQuest devteam, etc?
Back when this was still in development, I tagged my friend on one of their instagram posts when I first saw it, and wrote “alicia online for mobile”. The wildshade account liked it and even commented laughing emojis. I’m starting to realise that this was exactly what they were going for. It’s simple when you think about it: an amazing game that everyone loves and knows, so let’s just copy it, make it super similar to make people think “hey this is the new alicia online!” But they messed up soooo badly. The only thing that they did good was designing the horses and levels, and the animations are alright. Just that. Everything else is shit.
The only other thing they did right is that Wildshade actually runs. I have been trying to set Alicia Online for years, and it probably requires some exotic ridiculous OS that most people don't buy. One of the reasons why I opted to try Wildshade. If Alicia Online devs buckled down and made a worldwide version, Wildshade would probably be less popular
@@nikdozajimavy1277 Alicia Online doesn't have that at all, to be exact it can just barely or not at all run on PC's with an up to date graphics card, it needs older ones even though that issue is being worked on. For the OS I think there are a few problems with pretty much anything besides Windows and since I got Windows 10 I have been having slight glitching on the screen but very minor. Most likely you just have the wrong download links for it to work since even on their website the links tend to have issues. All these problems are being worked on but the dev team consists of one single person with a job that pays for the game server and all other expenses for the game and, of course, their own life.
I've been an active Ao player for years. It broke my heart to see all of the things Ws stole, especially the racing part. Ao feels so much more alive, you know? Even tho alicia may have an older and frankly crustier artstyle, it's still nicer to look at. Ao also takes actual gaming skill, with the constant drifting, gliding and jumping. It makes for a more well constructed game overall.
As an Ao player aswell I was completely furious when I heard about Wildshade Wildshade literally took me no skill neither any challenge Alicia took me some time to master and I still can't pass a dragon properly(though nowadays im starting to have some success)
omg I played the game a bit right at launch and got bored and gave up quickly so I never saw the brushes and it's crazy how they can push people to spend money...
Mobile games are way devious in that way. I played it also at launch, got sick, forgot about it and finally made a video when they added the brush update XD
@@YTRattle it's quite sad. I mostly play mobile games since my laptop isn't that great. But finding good mobile games is hard. The BEST mobile horse game I have found is Equestrian the Game, and I play is every so often, it's just sad they have such high prices. I'm hoping the game improves with future updates. They said they're working on improving the controls, and then they're adding dressage, that'll hopefully add more to do. And they're working on adding more space. I just wish it wasn't so tempting to spend copious amounts of money on it... 😅
do i know anything about horse games? no. did i grow up playing horse games? no. did i watch this entire video and then another entire video of yours about horse games? yes. why are you so underrated?! you made a video about something i'm clueless on and have no real attachment too, and kept me listening the whole time!!! ur amazing seriously :))
Theres actually a third horse game which shut down their popular discord this year due to similar drama, a browser game called Horse Reality. The player base was unhappy with the production speed of the game, they overpromised in nearly all updates. There were thousands of players on the Discord, and they couldn't take the genuine constructive critisism and banned people, and eventually shut the DC down. If you're ever lost on video ideas, the fall of Horse Reality could be an interesting topic too!! Lovely video, I am glad I was so disgusted by the artstyle of Wildshade to never start playing it :D
Here’s my opinion on this and I would love for a part 2 on comparing Alicia online to WS: They put Alex (the current owner of AO) in a bind. He doesn’t make any profit off of AO, no one does. It is entirely a free to play game because it is a fan created game. Any new entities they add is coming strictly from the fans, not from anyone actually making the items (maybe a lil bit, but not a lot). By making WS, Alice (lol funny how it’s Alice and Alex) essentially made AO a pay to play game! She’s taking anything Alex produces and makes it better, adding on to your console theory of withholding updates from mobile, to ensure players from AO sees there’s an official game that won’t get shut down suddenly because there’s money involved. They can not simply throw a tantrum and threaten players to shut their servers down (although we’ve seen companies do this in other ways, just not this blunt). I think Alice saw how profitable AO could be but because Alex cannot make a profit off of AO (he’d have to buy the game from the company I think), she took the opportunity to make a game much like it but add a bunch of caps and restrictions that only either grinding or (eventually) only money can solve. It’s ridiculous honestly.
@@JazminFloral1020 Alice is defensive in everything she has a hand in. She will not mention issues with games if those games gave her better treatment or if she had a hand in making it (WS & horsetales). It makes sense that she cant do that, but she should not work on games if she wants to be regarded as unbiased on them
@@noones6109 This is exactly why I don't go to ManeQuest anymore, she's just not unbiased and frankly talks alot without delivering. I don't think anything in the history is as ironic as her talking shit about every possible horse game's animations and then getting Horse Tales out as it is right now...
There is so much wrong with how Tivola treats their community. The most obvious is that they don't care at all about their community. They only see their community as living wallets, and the most recent update shows this clearly. Going along with this, they only care about what their paying players want, and will do anything to wring as much money out of them as possible. Something that is wild to me, as an aspiring game developer, is how thin skinned Tivola's team is. Most games deal with much more backlash, even being review bombed, for a single somewhat-poor update. Wildshade adds the most money hungry and greedy tactic I have ever seen, and they close their discord server because they got constructive criticism. Players had to be incredibly careful about what they said when they gave their feedback, or they would be pinged by mods to stop. The interaction between player and developer is incredibly toxic. Keeping people from "insulting" the developers does nothing but breed bad blood. It makes it look like the developers don't care, which in this case I can say with certainty they do not. You are making a game in a public space, people are going to give their feedback, and it will not always be good. If you are incapable of taking criticism, and letting insults roll off your back, you should not be a game developer. Regardless of how their console versions turn out, I greatly encourage anyone interested to not trust Tivola. Their track record shows them creating a bare minimum, getting as much money from it as possible, then abandoning the game for the next best thing. Going to their website and looking at other games they publish, all are pretty much just a rehash of an already existing game. Nothing they make is original. Wildshade is the most original game they've made, and it is almost a carbon copy of Alicia Online.
I’ve been quite severely travel/motion sick to the point I can’t even be in a car for 10mins. I can’t do anything in a car like go on my phone for a split second- it’s so severe and is such a shitty feeling so I’m glad you mentioned that part-
Alongside the lack of variety in tack and character customization, I also always waited for more mane and tail styles to be added. They actually posted a concept art with a lot of styles such as many types of braids, short cut mane, standing mane, long messy mane etc. on discord asking us to VOTE on which styles we'd like to see being added to the game. This was in november 2021. We never saw the manes added or heard about it again after that post. Guessing it will be a console exclusive along with all the other features and customization players have been asking for.
I just want to say thank you for this! Not just this video in particular but your whole entire channel in a whole. I'm surprised you only have 7k subs! (Which is still a large amount of people) as you are the literal voice of all these different communities such as Wildshade, ETG, SSO, etc, You're the one who speaks out when everyone else is too scared to do. You deserve way more attention as not only do you make such great points, know what you're talking about and isn't afraid to speak out, but you also have the humor that I love! I know you probably get a ton of comments like this but just remember, I'm so glad that your here for us :D and I will forever support you for as long as you're on the platform, no matter how many subscribers you have.
Hey BeanieBean! I can't really express how much this comment means to me. Thank you! I really love making videos, and maybe one day my channel will grow a bit bigger, for now I'm just happy to make vids, and to have people like you enjoy them! ♥ Thank you a million times over, next video is going to be out soon! :D
The loot boxes thing reminds me of the horse game Howrse where they had luck items that gave you the worst stuff but people kept buying them for what equals to 50€ or more.
I don’t go here but your commentary is so refreshing and snappy! It seems like there’s always a period of dry spells of videos i watch where the commentary will just be too on-the-nose, or cheesy, or just off, but you hit that satisfying combo of exposition of a clip you wanna show and humor for me a lot in this video!!! I now know that horse-racing games DO in fact have drifting. thanks for such a ride! ❤
god thank you for this. i'm grinding tf out of starstable halloween and need long videos in the back; this is perfect lol, amazing video with perfect structure and great for a second monitor or first monitor equally! rattle's the mvp it's also surreal to see you in the astride server but i love seeing your takes. can't wait until we have a non-predatory horse game with great graphics, controls, cosmetics and developers!
♥♥ Thank you becca b! Astride is going to be the bomb! Awesome developers, awesome game, and amazing community! :D And I'm so glad the video is easy to listen to! I always try and keep tthat in mind when making them that they're not too visually focused and can be listened while doing something else. So YAY! :D ♥
Thank you for posting this. I was considering playing this game, but seeing what it truly is, I'm going to steer clear of boring myself to death and potentially making myself incredibly sick. (I was getting a headache just watching the footage of the game, you're definitely not alone in the motion sickness department when it comes to it. I'm sure I'd get badly motion sick if I played, knowing how some games affect me.) Off topic, but your loot box discussion made me think of this. I'm really curious about your stance on the horrible Halloween update in SSO and the multiple layers of token grinding and RNG they put in place this year. The "lootbox" style potion mini game you have to grind to get the pestilent pumpkin pet is pretty devious. While it doesn't require a sacrifice of money, the time and materials required- and the chance to get nothing at all for your efforts, is pretty outrageous. Never too early to get kids started praying to RNGesus eh SSO?
Honestly I gave up on the game when they introduced the Grooming feature and that made you pay PREMIUM currency for the f-ing brushes needed to brush your horses. The horse gets VISIBLY dirty, and you have to put up with that dirty looking color until you spend the premium currency on freaking brushes to clean your horse. The audacity was just hilarious.
Similar tactics I have seen elsewhere with people waiting till the last hour to up their scores for the day...i really wish leaderboards would not be a thing in multiplayer games. why can't we just get a small reward for landing a good time score(or something else depending on the game) instead of having to outplay everyone else? I hate the feeling so much....
As a alicia player when watching the gameplay of this game makes me want to point and laugh. The race gameplay is literally "can i copy your homework?" but the ripoff is even worse. This game only got to be noticed because it has horses, and there is not many horse games. Seriously, what in the holy is that. The logs, the points above logs, ice "walls", the fire attack, the attack which makes your enemies not able to jump, drifting (the way it is, the booster bar) good starts, wings which alicia had as a recognisable thing for themselves at some point, thunderbolts (?) and more things. Im dissapointed honestly.
Once again you’ve done an awesome job with your video! I’ve never played Wildshade and I never will, (I have Alicia Online, why would I need anything else) and watching this video only gave me more of a reason to not play. I actually thought I’d be able to play it with other people, but I guess not. It also seems like a difficult mechanic to incorporate. Very excited for the LS tomorrow!
Eeep! Thank you Explodo! ^^ ♥ It was hell to do a review, motion sickness knocked me out XD lol But yeah Alicia Online is just way better, why would I play Wildshade? lol An YAY for tomorrow! I can't wait :D
@@YTRattle You have actually taught me a lot with your videos! Whenever I come across any kind of scummy behavior in game developers, people or corporations, I immediately know what to look for to not fall into their traps! Thank you for that!
I played the game for a while, no problem with motion sickness, and had a good amount of horses without having to pay any money. Deleted the game as soon as I saw the brushes....If it has to be that way, I don't want it.
You can get pretty far at the start! But it's when you get to those higher Tiers that the squeeze begins. The brushes were such an unneeded update :\ Glad to hear you didn't get sick! I'm gonna have a helluva time with Virtual Reality XD lol
I can't believe it. It is sad and disappointing that they are this determined to keep people from raising opinions. I do hope you don't mind the googly eyes XD lol
Great Video! I agree with pretty much all of the points, and the way you present them is positively hilarious. The fact that their discord server is still locked is, to be honest, ridiculous. I saw it happen, and the players were voicing their critique in constructive and polite ways, even though some were passionate, which is totally understandable. Receiving passionate(polite) critique is a good thing, it shows that players really care about the game. However, the Wildshade Team does make the impression that they are unwilling to engage with their community as soon as there is any serious criticism, and this is unfortunate. It does not raise big hopes for the future of the game, a game is nothing without its community.
I do feel the community was being EXTREMELY polite, overly so considering what the devs had done with those brushes. I hope they fix it, and do better in the future, but seeing as they doubled down on the brush update, I don't think t hey will.
this game was so special to me, I GOT MY SUGGESTION ADDED (the collection, i called it the breeding handbook)! The money grab makes me so sad because its a game that had so much potential
I am a person that easy gets sick in games but in wildshade it never happens ^^ for the stells they are almost not random there is a code that increaes the chance of each spell it is all bound to the distance you have to place 1 for example if place one is really fast and far in front you will almost 100% get wings even on place 2. Many of the bots use the secret tactics they wont use line breaking but they use every secret way or trick you use to use more jumps and other tricks. shade sniping is a real problem because for some peaploe the torunament ends almost midnight and for others it ends way better. For the Brush Update i safe all the sun crys for Breeding only. and yes there are stat combinations that are way stronger than others and yes they are kept secret. for the breeding you get legendary colours and markings kinda often in the offered horses and you can refresh it through ads. i played the game feom the beginng on every day until now if you need more information i can offer information about every topic of the game
Hey, thank you so much for the information! And for checking out my video Zaaap! :D ♥ I do sincerely appreciate it! I actually had five people help me with this video. I checked and double checked all the facts, especially the random factor. If you can show me the wings possibilit in a video or any sort of way, I'd be very appreciative as I physically can't play this game anymore XD As for the secrets, unfortunately the bots don't tackle the track as the players would. They often ride ineffectively (missing baubles, jumps, etc). If you base your riding on the bots, you're most likely going to struggle. At least this is what I picked up :) Finally, the breeding. I personally only got the winter coats - which are available. The others were very difficult to get, at a 1% chance, it's no surprise XD But, I am always open to listen! And if you have more information that disproves this experience, I'd be happy to take a look! Please send it along, if you want to of course, to ytrattle@gmail.com. And again, thank you! ♥
I can't say I'm surprised WIld SHade fell down the same line as Equestrian The Game. I remember seeing them on TikTok before the game actually released and the responses always felt very? Off in the comments? Espically whenever someone made a comparison between WildShade and Alicia Online I think I played this game for all of a week before the game got a new update and proceeded to not properly load on my phone, couldn't be more thankful for that at this point lol No point in playing WIld Shade at this point tbh, if I want a horse racing game I'll just continue to play Alicia Online - free of charge 🤷
You can still play Alicia Online!? I thought it was deleted a while back. Do you know how I'd go about getting it? (Lost all progress from my previous PC.)
@@lazydaysvlog2728 I think you have to look for a way to find the real servers, and if I'm not mistaken you do have to pay to play, but it's to keep the servers alive since the game wouldn't be able to run without some minimal profit. Sadly it's hard because a lot of the "links" you might recieve from others are fake and might even be viruses.
Omg thank you! I swear, this is the first time I feel like I'm getting an in-depth explanation of this game, which I needed because I was so confused when I played it. 😅 Also, you're not the only one who experienced motion sickness, after I tried playing it for a while my head did start to hurt and so I made myself stop before it got too bad.
As a previous player of Wildshade, I can definitely agree with a lot of your points! Cost to buy stables, breed, or to afford brushes is ridiculously extortionate - it would take more time to even earn back what you paid. I didn't know a lot about motion sickness in video games and you have definitely made me more aware of this issue, alongside Tivola copying from Alicia Online. When I first downloaded Wildshade, I thought that the style, visuals and horse models were pretty amazing for a mobile game. It really did seem it had some potential but it's disappointing that it's becoming more money-grabbing and grindy. I also just want to say thank you for creating high-quality videos and commentary/reviews on games. I *might* be a bit of a fan of horse-based games, and think your channel is definitely underrated. Can't wait to see your next video! 🐴
Your honesty is always so refreshing and appreciated! ❤️ I am genuinely losing hope that we'll ever have a quality equestrian/horse game that isn't run by greed and snake tactics... Loot boxes/gambling SHOULD be outlawed in games aimed at children, without question!!! 😠
Dude I'm just realising you're South African after seeing the Rand figures in your footage. Instant sub. I'm so glad I found a fellow SA gaming channel 😭
At first, I did really enjoy this game- it was fun, captivating, pretty and kept me pretty entertained. But after a while, with the same boring racing mechanics, the grind, and seeing the absurd prices this game had, I grew out of it pretty quick. And the discord, oh the discord. Each time I went there to just scroll through the channels, every bit of helpful criticism would get shut down, and labeled as hate, and the overly positive nature of the mods just felt toxic. So thank you for speaking about that! I really don't understand what it is with horse games and toxic positivity. What really throws me off though, is the fact that it's the walmart version of AO. I have been playing AO for 4 years, and I *love* that game, so seeing the very similar (rip off) animations and spells, I was very annoyed by that. They didn't even try to change the floating crystals at the start of the races, it was honestly pathetic. Honestly, Wildshade is just the dollar tree version of AO. Greedy, toxic, boring. They tried too hard to be like AO, and they failed. Miserably at that.
The algorithm decided I will watch a woman who talks about horse games criticize a horse game I have never heard of for 48 minutes. Friggin’ subscribed, yo. 😂
I played Wildshade for a few hours on my ipad and gosh, the motion sickness is VERY real. The horses feel slower than they are moving, the entire camera tilts with the slightest of movement. It really messes with your depth perception. Also, I'm sure you've already seen this game, but you should totally cover Horse Riding Tales. Its a blatant expensive ripoff of star stable with egregious gameplay. There are unicorns that are almost $100. Its pricing is shocking and the gameplay is just weird ... would love to see you check it out!
Agreed. HorseRidingTales has an abandoned PC port and extremely buggy gameplay, even more so than Star Stable Online. Their lifetime subscription is more expensive than Star Stable Online.
It's been almost exactly a month since the Wildshade discord was "locked'... It still hasn't been unlocked and honestly... This is getting worse than the ETG situation... I blame Alice... I will always blame Alice for everything, all my homies hate Alice.
@@YTRattle Honestly at this rate they might NEVER open it back up. I bet if they do people will just start going off again... I was so shocked when you got banned and I've been WAITING for you to speak out, because banning you is literally the dumbest idea and proves Alice just had a grudge out for you ever since the SSO interview arguments you both had.
The *cough* century was hilarious, their recent Halloween shop update was stupidly sad lol. I had interest to play this game, glad i saw this video first! What a shame
Century is always a hit and a miss. Some of those dragons are 😍 and then the prices make you want to die. It's so money grubbing. WIldshade could have been a good game, if they'd tried to be something else other than a copy. It's sad, really damned sad.
I love your channel and editing so much. People were defending Wildshade from looking « a bit like » AO, but honestly, it bothered me a lot, even at the very beginning. I never played and don’t want to try, it seems boring and the motion sickness is a big red flag for me. I am looking forward the release of new horse games like Astride. But I would also like to hear your opinion about Rival Stars : Horse Racing. I had forgotten this game until I looked at my heavy apps and found it. Thanks for your video !(and I’m sorry if my comment doesn’t really make sense, it’s 4am in France hehe😅)
I was there from the beginning, and i loved it and supported it by spending 10€ before it turned into pay to win. When i noticed that they added exclusive content for money so i went to the discord server to discuss what I saw as a problem. I told them that this is bad for kids who play and went on a calm rant that didn't attack anything just voiced my concerns. I was bombarded by insane supporters and even mods telling me that I'm a hater and i was irrational. They then told me their target audience is 18+. It's a magic horse game, that is not their target audience and they knew that. While i tried to compromise with ideas like making the game 18+ (purchasing wise, not playing wise) they kicked me. It's insane because there was no content and everyone was so toxic.
that brush mechanic is easily the shadiest microtransaction bait i’ve EVER heard. “oh, you don’t want your horse to be poopoo smelly anymore? sorry kid, your mom said no to giving you her credit card, so enjoy your ugly poop horse forever :)”
It's actually pretty easy to get your hands on Alicia's files, you can easily find an unpacker for Alicia, use a specific 3D modelling software with some plugins, and voila, you can get all the textures, animations, models, music etc. from Alicia When I first heard about Wildshade I was honestly furious and I felt... like someone would betray me, by stealing and copying my beloved, favorite game I was crazy mad when I heard people tried to protect and excuse developers, that they didn't stole animations, magic skills and a lot of racetracks designs, "this is just a fantasy horse racing game and what can you do to make it different? these games MUST be similar, it's a Mario kart genre" Yes, like a lot of normal horse racing games are similar, but... wait, actually no You have steeplechase racing in "Lucinda green's equestrian challenge" which is similar to riding in "ride! equestrian simulation", but you can also have steeplechase racing like in "Equestrian showcase" for ps1, where you could decide which obstacle you want to jump next, the harder one to save some time, or two easier but with longer route? Or even better, look at very simple and cheap "Horse cross steeplechase", where you have side view, use space for jumping and from 1 to 4 other buttons to tap rhythmically to horse's movements to run faster It is possible to make horse racing games different from each other, by adding your own mechanics, your own graphics, rules during gaming, your own animations etc. I did try playing Wildshade, and I enjoyed it for I'd say 5 hours? I mean, it was okay, but nothing like while playing Alicia, I didn't get overly angry at other player, I didn't rage quitted, my heart wasn't bumping like crazy and I just didn't feel these emotions, this excitement when I have hit someone with bolt just before the finish line and ended first. I May not play Alicia regularly anymore, but it's still in my opinion the best horse game in terms of fantasy world, lore, mechanics and racing system
yess thank you for making this, its typical tivola. ever since it came out i was like "what? you've only showed you producing it for like 2 months this does NOT seem ready", lo and behold i was right. i was a beta tester for this game as i thought it had a lot of potential (and the idea still does) but being made by a shitty company who is taking advantage of us horse girls in desperate need of a good horse game, that was thrown out of the window. while playing the beta i would constantly see their false promises being made, and all they focused on were pretty magical horses; never really said anything regarding gameplay. it was incredibly boring and do not get me started on how expensive it was to even get a horse with good stats regardless of its looks.
The Lord of the Rings influence is in D&D...but the main influence was actually Conan the Barbarian, Dying Earth, Micheal Moorcock's work, 3 Hearts 3 Lions and Fafhrd and the Grey Mouser. I only bring it up cause those (especially the latter two) deserve more love.
Oh wow! Thank you! I love to know stuff like this, if DnD ever comes up again I'll be sure to mention it + I'm going to be looking up some books today XD
Hey, not sure how you wound up in my recommended because I don’t play these sorts of games, but the thumbnail intrigued me and I clicked out of curiosity. I wanted to say I like your style, though and subbed. Hope you branch out in the types of games you cover a bit in the future. Can’t believe the devs didn’t figure out that horseback riding nausea thing, since it’s so infamous in the industry, lol.
I really liked this game at first, although a bit repetetive, it was really fun. But after a certain point you really needed the best horse possible to be able to get in higher ranks and for the love of god, I couldn't get better horses than the "green" ones (tier 2). With my horses and the others generated for the breeding I would've just been able to get a horse ONE point better than a horse I already had and that only if all the best stats of each horse would "win" in this random generator. I tried it a few times and it wouldn't work, so... uninstall. Edit: Oh my gosh, I am shocked about the brushing system. There are a few updates I don't know, but that one is really... outragous.
If not for getting sick, there is a satisfaction to the gameplay I failed to mention. Despite being random, it is pretty slick in a lot of ways. But yeah, the grind is real with the breeding XD Those brushes are what got me back to the game. I'd initially played it at the start of the year, forgot about it and a friend sent along a screenshot of the brushes. I started digging and here we are LOL. It's a damned money grab is what it is. :\
@@YTRattle you don’t have to buy the brushes though. They aren’t forcing you too. YOU are in control of your own money. It’s a game trying to make money it’s a business. I’m not sure what you expect tbh.
@@emilynotley6627 They do force you, because they give you no alternative to get your coat back that you already paid for/spent hours to get. No other game takes away cosmetics to make more money. This is underhanded, money grubbing and absolutely disgusting. Defend them all you want, but no one agrees with you that the brushes are 'fine cause it's a business'. Make money some other way.
@@emilynotley6627 But you need a clean horse if you want good scores so you can't evolve without brushes. This update is the one that made me delete the game
Oh man, I was vaguely getting not-quite-motion-sickness when you brought up the horizon, I looked directly at it, and that nausea *immediately* increased tenfold. Wow. I don't think I'm even going to continue the video, but I sincerely appreciate you pointing that out before I made the mistake of discovering it by playing the game itself and getting the full brunt of it.
Man, I really enjoyed reading the mane quest blog by Alice but seeing how she treats players voicing their concerns and frustrations reeaaally makes me see them in a new light. All the things they wrote critiquing other horse games seems pretty hypocritical now. They do be giving the vibe of a mom scolding kids and putting them in timeout. None of the screenshots I saw had "mean" language, people were being really respectful. Eh. Anyways great vid as always Rattle, keep up the good fight!
i could never enjoy reading the manequest page. There is always negative feedback to every game and the biggest irony is, there is nothing bad written about Wildshade. In one post she describes in how exhausting and annoying a care system can be in horse games. Now looking at the brush usage in Wildshade, there is nothing positive to say about this feature but the blog has no word about it huh
@@xWhiteKuri Also with star srsble too. Girlie mocks every single horse game for minimal mistakes, but the moment someone points out some disgusting crap sso has done she is quick to jump in and defend them. She's way too biased when criticizing stuff..
I'm glad I left the game and community before the brushes. But I do kinda wish I was there to see the reactions. Adding that feature is so insane to me, what did they expect was gonna happe
Century: Age of Ashes, despite the heavy microtransactions and terrible matchmaking, it's a fun game and free to play! ^^ They are giving away a free dragon right now :D
When this game released I was addicted and thought the prices for breeding were somewhat fair so I used to buy coins. One day, I bought the higher value of moon coins in preparation for an update to breed the new horse colour options. But when the update dropped they increased the breeding prices without real warning which meant the money I had just spent had been halved in value and I wouldn’t be able to breed nearly as many horses as I planned. I got a refund from gplay and never played again.
This whole situation reminds me of Feral, a game I used to play that was made by WildWorks. One of my main problems with games now and days is that they add microtransactions during "beta' but the developers don't say anything about it. Also I really despise toxic discord servers who ban you for making any opinions on a video game. Anyways, a really well done video. This was in my recommendations and I don't usually play horse games 😂💖
About half an hour ago I had no idea that there's an entire genre of horse racing games. Now I'm infuriated that they actually had the audacity to add this much of a shameless cash grab in form of brushes. Like, seriously, I've seen some greedy games, including those that try to pray on player's emotions, but THIS is next level scum move! Thank you for the good work. Haven't seen quality analysis of game mechanics in quite some time and this is a music to my ears. Hopefully the fact that I was recommended this video means that it was chosen by algorithm so you'll get more viewers and subscribers soon :D
I love your videos. they're so informative and well done, especially when horse games aren't usually reviewed with real critique and the main player base is kids (even if the company says the game is targeted towards adults :) ). it's really infuriating seeing the paywalls and how difficult progressing is made and how boring the gameplay is without using real money, and how lackluster the game itself usually is compared to the pricing. for example, equestrian the game hehe. (again, all the children playing these games). I can easily sit through 50 minutes of you just talking. please never stop doing these videos.
I started on a review and then stopped because the game ticked me off too much XD lol I'll take a look again now, they added some features and the game is looking a bit better now ^^ ♥
Something game devs figured out about cameras in the literal infancy of 3D gaming is that you don't actually point the camera where your character is looking. You point the camera slightly AHEAD of where your character is looking, so that you can not only see to navigate, but because this also instantly cuts down on wild camera swing. If you just integrate those two points: camera ahead of the character, and a max speed on how fast the camera can move, you've already drastically reduced the amount of motion sickness your game will cause. We had this figured out in Mario 64.
This was the first video I have seen from you, but now... I have seen almost every single video and I have subscribed. I know nothing about horses, but your videos are fun to watch/have on background while doing something else.
Me and a friend are actually trying to find a dev studios that we can trust an won't take full credit of our ideas. It's about a open multiplayer world while you you can be humans and horses, plus other creatures. But if your a human with another player as your horse you gotta be a team and try to win contests and even catch wild horse players. It's because we wanted a game where your actually a horse and need to do actual teamwork with others.
!! i knew their name sounded familiar, they also made those 2 (exact same) horse world mobile games that cost an arm and a leg, and takes way too long, just to do ANYTHING. they also have "premium" versions of their games for $14 CAD. theyre ridiculous.
as a record breaking cheap, I to despise microtransactions, I literally spent 3+ years grinding diamonds in that royal high game just to manage buying three items and getting the new year's event stuff... then my old pc decided that RH is too heavy of a game after the update and now I can't play, and that's not even like a complaint cause i actually managed to get diamonds in that game, mobile games just give a secondary currency that i will never obtain but is necessary for EVERYTHING
Although the graphics aren't super insane to talk about, what are your thoughts on Horse Tales: Emerald Valley Ranch that comes out November 3rd? I think it'll be a nice relaxing game for people who treat BOTW as a horse game (as I still haven't beaten it because I treat it like a horse game lol). I dislike they have a breed locked behind a somewhat hard to find Limited Edition preorder (Gypsy Cobs) but I hope it either comes out via updates as well as other horse breeds/types. I plan on using Reshade to alter how the world looks myself and the game isn't obsessive over pastels either! It feels very vibrant, similar to BOTW and Oblivion in my opinion which you may like! Considering it isn't multiplayer, I feel like if they allow modding, it could be a fun game for modders to make their own textures/models for horses, base coats/patterns or even for the human models or buildings! It did mention something like leaderboards in their most recent posting on the Steam location for the game however so I'm not sure if it would fall victim to annoying transactions of any kind quite yet or if it is just NPC scores/times that you can beat.
The game is on my radar, and I hope to do a review about it! I can't say yay or neigh (ha) at this stage for how I feel, as I prefer having a game in my hands before passing judgement. But at this point, yes, it looks very pretty. Although some of the assets do clash a little bit ^^
Yup as soon as I saw that my horses coat was going to dirty at some point and brushes ONLY costed sun coins, i immediately dropped the game since I play these games entirely free, but the coat was still important to me to be able to see.
i've never heard of this game, never been interested in anything horse related, but i watched this whole thing because you made it interesting and i'm nosy about drama in communities i don't know about.
For the nausea reason- I was taught by a cross country racer to make your turns as slow as possible. And yes, your supposed to go fast in a race. She taught me to stay close to the inner wall and make turns as curvy as possible. Therefore I've never got under 3rd place in a race and never got nauseous.
Also regarding the console thing, having a horse game on Mobile was a huge factor in why I wanted to play. I usually don't like mobile games, I prefer PC, then console, then mobile. Anyways, my laptop isn't that great for gameplay, so I wanted something on my phone. I think the other big mobile horse game was Horse Riding Tales? I didn't like how that game looked, so this looked better, and it also kinda substituted the racing mechanics of SSO that I wanted. If Wildshade truly offers something different or improved from phones, then maybe I could consider switching. Also side note, as a beta tester for Wildshade and then becoming a regular player, it didn't really feel that special to become a beta tester because I don't think they gave us rewards for completing the Beta test? Something like that I don't quite remember. I think they also have/had Voucher codes and when people first found out about them they were all excited to use them but I don't remember if they have EVER made voucher codes.
It is possible the game will improve on console, I just hope they don't double down and start copying everything from Alicia Online. Also, from a veteran of the game, I hope the video was okay, and if I got anything wrong, please feel free to let me know! This was a beast of a thing to tackle XD
they shut down in january/february of 2014, another player/creator picked it up again, and then it was rereleased December 2014-january 2015 :) its also has an english and russian translation now (not sure how new it is, i add this because when i wanted to play forever ago, it was only in korean)
the thing about nausea is absolutely true I'm not one to get motion sickness, in fact i'd say motion sickness is the least of my worries when doing something that would give any other person motion sickness. i had to scroll my screen to where i wouldn't see the video because watching the wildshade footage made me nauseous. i had to lay down and drink some sweet tea (sweet drinks help me not to throw up) not even halfway through the video the fact that you _have_ to make yourself sick over and over in order to enjoy the game without spending money in order to minimize how much you race should be criminal
Alicia online is a game I hold so dearly to my heart and seeing Wildshade so shamelessly steal and piggyback and completely rob AO of their due credits and hard work done by loyal loving fans just boils my blood. So, so irritating.
Hey! Century: Age of Ashes,. It's a free game, and a lot of fun, bar the matchmaking issue. But try it out if you like the look of it! Just get ready for a decent skill ceiling. I get this question a lot, I'm going to have to pin it! XD
I watched only a half of this video and already feel motion sick...I havent even played the game thou. What is this dragon game which was also included?I failed to remember the name
I don't even know the existence of this game or you until this video. Thanks youtube algorithm for recommending your video to me. I really enjoy your humour and you deserve more subscribers !
I remember before the update where we are divided in ranks, I got SO MANY sun crystals because I figured out exactly what you need to do to win a race and basically took advantage of the system 😆 I still win a lot of races now, but the game became a lot more random. Right now, i'm only looking forward for the PvP update
I will say I’ve never played Wildshade, but I think with the amount of sickness I got from this video I probably won’t either. I got exactly what you mean by motion sickness the more and more you played the racing sections. You are definetly not the only one as I had to take a few pause breaks from the nausea.
tivola always stuck with me as a mediocre game company, who pumped out games one by one until one stuck and wildshade was the product. wildshade was fun at the start, it felt like I had something to do but the more I played the more of a grind it became. i stopped playing before the brush update, which when I heard I was shocked by. shame that another horse game has fallen due to crappy management...
Holy moly.. almost R400 for reskinned pixels! I play Guild Wars 2 and they also have different skins for their mounts HOWEVER they do a whole new model with new animations and sounds and you can play the game and convert gold in to cash currency. Also thank you for not sticking to just showing Wildshade footage. I also get a little 🤮 when playing.
I have never in my life played a horse game, EVER, but I watched this entire video from start to finish and was highly entertained. I regret nothing. 😊
You voiced out everything i thought for the past 12 months that i played this game 😐 It was neat and promising when I beta tested it at the beginning. But the game didn't evolve much since, or atleast in the wrong direction. It went downhill around december 2021 when they introduced their first microtransaction and they saw how much players will be able to pay for offsprings of a coat and than again for gambeling in hope to assemble all pieces. Each unique horse is cut into 3 offsprings who only have certain legendary markings and not all of them. Some of thos horses are over 90€ if you want all their markings. That's a lot for a game in wich you will be the only person to see that expensive horse as it is a single player game. And now we have to pay again so that we can see the coat of that expensive horse we just bought. That's a scam and that's the point where i stopped playing. Also I'm unhappy about the anouncement for the game coming on console as they probably will totaly get rid off the mobile version where a lot of people spend time and money on. I don't unterstand how the game could get so wrong as Alice from the Mane Quest is working on it. She pointed out the flaws of the horse game industry on her blog and now she's taking part in it. I don't understand it... The game is still pretty fun, but all this money grinding is ruining it juste like HRT PS : I think your getting motion sick as you are playing on an emulator and the screen is bigger. I think if you play on a smaller device like a smartphone you won't have those problems.

@@ChromaSoul you'd be surprised how much of that goes on in many, MANY game discords....

It’s very similar to Wildshade when it comes to rare horses which are overpriced, the tasks to get these horses without spending your irl money are almost impossible, it has similar concepts to wildshade with addictive factors, cuteness factors, coats, extras etc and is quite dangerous for young children (I personally got very addicted as a young child and had sleepless nights because it pressures you to get the better horses and you can only get some cool horses during a limited time, after that you had to pay (some horses are completely only irl money too))
Foxy ventures is generally a manipulative and money focused horse game company (horse riding tales is from them too I believe, same concept) and would deserve some more criticism😅

- People get really heckin sick because the corners are weird
- Everything is so expensive like wHy
- Rattle likes drifting
Lollol! Drifting is fun 😆

When are we gonna get a horse game with:
A good dev team (looking at you etg)
Timely updates
No extreme microtransactions
Can be both on pc and mobile
You don't need to pay irl money for horses (looking at you sso)
Can be played with friends
Doesn't get boring/isn't repetitive
It's beyond me that there's such a high demand for a good horse game but the only company involved is sso, I'm just really exited for astride and tales or revine
seriously!! star stable had all of that going for them until around 2017-2018, its disappointing as f#ck :(
It makes sense that a horse game sells horses for real money like sso does since its the main point of the game and they have to make an income somehow, like genshin sells their character or Fifa sells their Players.
If only the devteam from WolfQuest could also do a horse game.

Back when this was still in development, I tagged my friend on one of their instagram posts when I first saw it, and wrote “alicia online for mobile”. The wildshade account liked it and even commented laughing emojis.
I’m starting to realise that this was exactly what they were going for. It’s simple when you think about it: an amazing game that everyone loves and knows, so let’s just copy it, make it super similar to make people think “hey this is the new alicia online!”
But they messed up soooo badly.
@@nikdozajimavy1277 Alicia requires nothing special. are you running on a potato laptop or something?
As an Ao player aswell I was completely furious when I heard about Wildshade
Wildshade literally took me no skill neither any challenge
Alicia took me some time to master and I still can't pass a dragon properly(though nowadays im starting to have some success)

Horse Reality is so damn boring, and the fact that your horses are all gonna die even if you aren't playing the game? Absolutely not
What even is the point of Horse Reality? Like I've never played so idk how it differentiates itself from other games
@@RebeccaRavenbird it's just howrse but no fantasy horses
@@RimFaxxe ah gotcha. Funny enough the magic fantasy stuff in Howrse is one of the reasons I left that game
@@RebeccaRavenbird I left because my coat got disqualified due to mass reporting out of spite
Alice is defensive about comparing Wildshade and Ao in comments on her website. I thought she was a good person. She also defended sse’s decisions.
I can’t do anything in a car like go on my phone for a split second- it’s so severe and is such a shitty feeling so I’m glad you mentioned that part-
I get bad car sick as well! Can't read or even look at my phone XD lol Wildshade makes me SO sick!
god thank you for this. i'm grinding tf out of starstable halloween and need long videos in the back; this is perfect lol, amazing video with perfect structure and great for a second monitor or first monitor equally!

it's also surreal to see you in the astride server but i love seeing your takes. can't wait until we have a non-predatory horse game with great graphics, controls, cosmetics and developers!
I'm sure I'd get badly motion sick if I played, knowing how some games affect me.)
Off topic, but your loot box discussion made me think of this.

I'm still keeping it in case they see reason and fix the brush feature. But other than that, agreed.
And nearly 3 weeks later, their Discord server is still locked
I can't believe it. It is sad and disappointing that they are this determined to keep people from raising opinions.
I do hope you don't mind the googly eyes XD lol
@@YTRattle hehe they were cool 😎
I do sincerely appreciate it! The others were very difficult to get, at a 1% chance, it's no surprise XD
But, I am always open to listen!
Espically whenever someone made a comparison between WildShade and Alicia Online
I think I played this game for all of a week before the game got a new update and proceeded to not properly load on my phone, couldn't be more thankful for that at this point lol
No point in playing WIld Shade at this point tbh, if I want a horse racing game I'll just continue to play Alicia Online - free of charge 🤷
@@lazydaysvlog2728 there’s a discord where the mods are in and everything. And you don’t use real money
Omg thank you! I swear, this is the first time I feel like I'm getting an in-depth explanation of this game, which I needed because I was so confused when I played it. 😅
Also, you're not the only one who experienced motion sickness, after I tried playing it for a while my head did start to hurt and so I made myself stop before it got too bad.
I'm so glad I found a fellow SA gaming channel 😭
i usually dont watch videos this long cuz i get bored really guickly but it was just so interesting to watch and ur voice is so relaxing
Oh my, sounds like there's a story there 👀
It's a pity of the situation with Wildshade, but I think they got tired of the backlash from players, tbh.
I just found your channel a few days ago and I've been watching this video non-stop. Your voice is so calming and it's perfect for drawing! ^^
You finally made a video about them! I’ve been waiting for this!
Eep! Thanks! I hope you enjoy! ^^
I’m sure I will
😄
that brush mechanic is easily the shadiest microtransaction bait i’ve EVER heard. “oh, you don’t want your horse to be poopoo smelly anymore? sorry kid, your mom said no to giving you her credit card, so enjoy your ugly poop horse forever :)”
It's actually pretty easy to get your hands on Alicia's files, you can easily find an unpacker for Alicia, use a specific 3D modelling software with some plugins, and voila, you can get all the textures, animations, models, music etc. from Alicia
When I first heard about Wildshade I was honestly furious and I felt... like someone would betray me, by stealing and copying my beloved, favorite game
I was crazy mad when I heard people tried to protect and excuse developers, that they didn't stole animations, magic skills and a lot of racetracks designs, "this is just a fantasy horse racing game and what can you do to make it different? these games MUST be similar, it's a Mario kart genre"
Yes, like a lot of normal horse racing games are similar, but... wait, actually no
You have steeplechase racing in "Lucinda green's equestrian challenge" which is similar to riding in "ride! equestrian simulation", but you can also have steeplechase racing like in "Equestrian showcase" for ps1, where you could decide which obstacle you want to jump next, the harder one to save some time, or two easier but with longer route?
Or even better, look at very simple and cheap "Horse cross steeplechase", where you have side view, use space for jumping and from 1 to 4 other buttons to tap rhythmically to horse's movements to run faster
It is possible to make horse racing games different from each other, by adding your own mechanics, your own graphics, rules during gaming, your own animations etc.
I don't like horses and I don't care about horse games, but I do like people ranting about bad game designs.
Shut up wildshade good
Hey, not sure how you wound up in my recommended because I don’t play these sorts of games, but the thumbnail intrigued me and I clicked out of curiosity. I wanted to say I like your style, though and subbed. Hope you branch out in the types of games you cover a bit in the future.

7:24 what game is this?
Century: Age of Ashes, despite the heavy microtransactions and terrible matchmaking, it's a fun game and free to play! ^^ They are giving away a free dragon right now :D
@@YTRattle Thanks!! I'm eager to play it :D
'Bout died at 21:08 "Bad, bad! Don't do that anymore!"
At this rate Alicia will be the only good horse game out there.
Oh wait. It is 😂
LOLLOL! So true it hurts! XD
Tivola games are always extremely expensive i swear, can’t find a single game from them without hundreds of microtransactions 😭
!! i knew their name sounded familiar, they also made those 2 (exact same) horse world mobile games that cost an arm and a leg, and takes way too long, just to do ANYTHING. they also have "premium" versions of their games for $14 CAD. theyre ridiculous.
as a record breaking cheap, I to despise microtransactions, I literally spent 3+ years grinding diamonds in that royal high game just to manage buying three items and getting the new year's event stuff... then my old pc decided that RH is too heavy of a game after the update and now I can't play, and that's not even like a complaint cause i actually managed to get diamonds in that game, mobile games just give a secondary currency that i will never obtain but is necessary for EVERYTHING
7:36 what is the gameplay on screen?
Yup as soon as I saw that my horses coat was going to dirty at some point and brushes ONLY costed sun coins, i immediately dropped the game since I play these games entirely free, but the coat was still important to me to be able to see.
i've never heard of this game, never been interested in anything horse related, but i watched this whole thing because you made it interesting and i'm nosy about drama in communities i don't know about.
exactly
@@YTRattle yeah it was all good, really well put together! I'm curious to see what the developers response is, if at all
Wait, so Alicia Online is still available and playable? I thought the servers shut down, which was really the only reason I play(ed) Wild Shade.
they shut down in january/february of 2014, another player/creator picked it up again, and then it was rereleased December 2014-january 2015 :)
its also has an english and russian translation now (not sure how new it is, i add this because when i wanted to play forever ago, it was only in korean)
the thing about nausea is absolutely true
I'm not one to get motion sickness, in fact i'd say motion sickness is the least of my worries when doing something that would give any other person motion sickness. i had to scroll my screen to where i wouldn't see the video because watching the wildshade footage made me nauseous. i had to lay down and drink some sweet tea (sweet drinks help me not to throw up) not even halfway through the video
the fact that you _have_ to make yourself sick over and over in order to enjoy the game without spending money in order to minimize how much you race should be criminal
I'm not even the demographic for this video, seeing someone call out scummy videogame tactics is just satisfying. thanks youtube reccomended
You are honestly so underrated. You deserve so much more
I actually got a bit of motion sickness too just from watching your video, feels like my head is spinning so you're not alone in this!
Alicia online is a game I hold so dearly to my heart and seeing Wildshade so shamelessly steal and piggyback and completely rob AO of their due credits and hard work done by loyal loving fans just boils my blood. So, so irritating.
Ewwwww
what's the dragon game ur playing called?
Century : Ages of Ashes
Great analysis! Could someone tell me what the game at 7:27 is?
Century: Age of Ashes :D Fun game that is totally free, it's got its problems, but you'll have some fun at least ^^
@@YTRattle i just wish sso gets better some time, cuz any other horse games are also scummy so far..
I enjoy watching your content from how funny you are, I stumbled on your channel and I love your Humor ❤
Ahhh! Thank you! ♥♥ I'm so glad you're enjoying the content! I'm hoping to do some more reviews this year! :D
Discovered your channel today because UA-cam found out about my horse riding hobby... your videos are hilarious! Love it :)
You voiced out everything i thought for the past 12 months that i played this game 😐
It was neat and promising when I beta tested it at the beginning.
The game is still pretty fun, but all this money grinding is ruining it juste like HRT
PS : I think your getting motion sick as you are playing on an emulator and the screen is bigger. I think if you play on a smaller device like a smartphone you won't have those problems.
great video, and i totally agree with it! whats the name of the coat marking or color on the horse with the fleabitten head and grey body?
