Yesssss girl I LOVE your hair!! And yes to doing the full wash day routine, even with just a taste of hair. That’s actually what grows hair so well....I do mine the same. Full routine even after I shaved my head....it seemed extra with only a shadow of hair but 🤷🏾♀️My hair is thriving. I also take the mane choice vitamins too.

Before I restart my hair journey. Ik for a fact that I’m low porosity and Ik some of Shea Moisture products have protein like hydrolyzed silk. Is it fine for me to use anything of that nature daily and ignore a monthly protein treatment or will it be bad for my hair?

No disrespect, but that is wayyyy too many products to use when your always on the go! My hair fell out because of over processing. Now my hair is growing back into a studded buzz.
