Costa Rica is not fast nor cheap and it’s important to only use the best materials that the environment will take the longest to break down. That’s my experience. Thanks for the comment!

The second option we have is our Long-Term Rental Unit which is 4 meters x 10 meters including two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and a bathroom. This unit sells for $55,000 USD. Both units take 30 to 60 days to be rent ready, from start to finish. These prices include Rad Pad structure, all furnishings, fixtures, foundation, doors and windows ready to hook up to utilities. Yes mate we know it is constructed from shipping containers but noticed your Handle is Rad pad so my question is did you guys construct the Uvita shipping container hime originally or just take care of selling it? We had genuine interest if pool good size and if we could have purchased any of the adjoining land to form a larger overall Lot. We had sent questions to the seller direct and also the broker/agent with no replies

We will check out your Radpads as we may look to setup sone Airbnb type accommodation once we get setup over there
