If you are feeling like you can't tolerate things and going to faint... don't care about anyone or situation. just lie on floor before losing your consciousness fully. It will save you from injuries you may get from striking floor or nearby objects during fainting.🖤
Next time you get a blood test tell the nurse that you need to lay down to get that blood drawn because you tend to faint and you will be ok. I lay down and put some sugar in my mouth and like when the nurse keeps me busy by talking to me and asking me question etc such as how is your day going, what are you doing today or talk to me about anything other than hospital stuff lol to take my attention away from feeling what she is doing lol. It works for me. After she is done with blood draw I stay flat on my back for few short minutes and then I’m fine. No fainting. But if she draws blood while I’m sitting down then I feel dizzy, vision changes, I hear ringing in my ears, and I have even puked once ..
@@ayfog XD yess I was out for like 6 minutes and my classmates didn’t tell my teacher 😭💀like tf and I almost fainted again trying to walk to the office my peer tutor took me she was also the one who was making sure I was ok when I fainted cuz I pushed her over and stuff
@@calebthelemon4861 nah bro 💀 this is the same story as me i fainted for about 30 mins and then i got back conscious then my friend was making stupid faces and made me smile (i couldnt laugh because i didnt really know what was going on) and then i fainted again for like 5 mins and then went home

I always tell the nurse that I would faint if I get my blood drawn while sittings down, so she takes me to another room, I lay down and she does her work, I hate needles so I still feel little dizzy once that needle enters my skin.. that’s why I like when the nurse talks to me about something else to take my attention away from what she is doing, such as talking about how my day is going and what I have been doing today stuff like that, where I talk and she talks to me too.. I feel like a kid with needles so I have to be treated like a kid I guess hahaha
