Aftermarket Muffler Installation on the 560SL

Removal of busted muffler and replacement with a Bosal aftermarket is a two hour job. Make sure you have the two different exhaust gaskets and your rubber hangers are in good shape.

I am sending my front part of the exhaust system to JET HOT CERAMIC COATING it will never rust, discolor, crack, or peal.
It is rather expensive, but it is a one time shot to have it done. I already had the muffler and pipe with the exhaust manifolds done.
Quite impressive IMHO anyone who has these cars should have it done, but many won't only the owner who really love his car will.
BTW my complete exhaust system is all Mercedes original, I plan on keeping the car forever.
