  • hello friends!!!
in today's video we will build big size rc plane after a long time , so watch this tutorial till the end .I hope you enjoyed this tutorial ! if yes then please give me a big like & share this video with friends.
    plan link :drive.google.c...
    electronics that I used:
    1) Flysky fsi6 transmitter & receiver (4ch minimum required )
    2) 1450KV bldc motor
    3) 1045 propeller
    4) 30Amp electronic speed controller
    5) 9g servo motor
    6) 11.1v 30c 1500Mah lipo battery
list of material that I used to build aeroplane
    1) 20mm thickness thermocol for fuselage
    2) minimum 30mm thickness thermocol required for wings
    3) Wooden stick ( for wing spar)
    4) Ice cream sticks & wooden 2 pieces ( for wing mount)
    5) Nail
    6) Bicycle spoke for landing wheels
    7) Foam wheels
    8) beads
    9) epoxy resin glue, glue gun , Fevicol synthetic adhesive , super glue.
    10) colour packaging tape
    11) For control horn pvc sheet
    12) wooden stick for wings strut
    13) for linkages metal wire , paper clip wire, carbon rod 1.5mm
    14) sanding paper

As a 70 year old, just seeing how modern materials replace the balsa kits(when we were 12 years old) where each rib and gusset was cut out with an Xacto knife. Covered with tissue and dope (and fuel proofer)to be replaced later with iron on coloured film. Thimble Drome, Cox, Fox and Enya where the power plants in use. Radio control was in its infancy with the first being rudder control (yaw induced roll) using rubber band escapement “technology”. We only had control line! The rich kids had a PT flight trainer from Thimble Drome, but we had plans and an .049 baby bee! One motor for a hundred home made planes! Today you can buy a ready made plane with all the accessories, motor virtually already running in the box! No fun in that. Kudos to this aero modeller. Now to find some hd foam! 👍😀

For years I spent way to much money on over priced styrofoam airplanes and was never truly happy with how they performed, now I build my own out of foam board from the dollar store and have made changes to my designs to get them to fly exactly how I want them to. It took a lot of trial and error and a lot of research but in the end it's a great feeling flying something you created and flys better then others $800 airplanes.

It's great to see someone who is dedicated and has talent for building model aircraft at the plant. I have several models made by me, some are kits, others I used plans from Don Smith and Zirole. I used a lot of sandpaper, a stylus, carbon paper, glues and many tools I made myself.
    Parabéns meu jovem.

man this is amazing, so much from so little, and yet looking so much the part...
my first RC plane was a Cessna 150 (almost 50 years ago), and I remember it eventually flying a bit too fast for confort from being overloaded (too much paint and glue at the rear I suppose, then hefty balancing lead like half a pound, later swapped for a stronger motor...)

I apptieciate such building the RC flying models !
You will be proud to create something at home. It is nothing special to buy beautiful EPP or balsa construction ARF models ...
Under nice looking multi colour foils there is almost the same construction ...
You are able to create whatever you want.
By the way, your hot cutting technique for creating the wings looks better then I saw at professional constructors.
Conclusion: cheap and better then ARF !
    This is it !!!
    Best regards !

12:14 the wing does NOT have a correctly located main spar. you may be aware that most prop-powered aircraft have some dihedral in the main wing. 12:24 there should be no 'extra' bends in a pushrod.! in this case, the pushrod should be routed to the control horn in a way that minimizes the angular offset in the linkage, while NOT having a bend in the pushrod. this might include, bringing the pushrod outside the fuselage farther forward, and use of a flex-limiting pushrod GUIDE, along the top of the tail boom.

Great builder … I started with a F-16 slope glider which was very similar to your build but was a very fast flying plane and then my fellow engineer added spares with the works to fly with a gas engine on it with good results. Wind’s had to be at least 30-40 nots to slope fly very fast so much fun then the motor even got better…. Great 🤩😁🤩

Nice attempt at making a Cessna 150 r/c airplane. The only part that looks like a C-150 is the profile view of the fuselage. I am a retired flight instructor and have taught many hours of primary instruction for the Private Pilot License in the C-150. That is not the only airplane I taught is there have been many different ones. The biggest thing that is NOT a C-150 is that a C-150 is NOT Tail dragger, it has a nose wheel. There are other things I could go into about the airplane but it is not necessary as I do not want to divulge my knowledge and experiences in the field of aviation be it R/C aviation and full scale aviation. Lets just say that you need to research further for what ever aircraft you decide to build in the future to make it close to the real thing.
