I’m continually impressed with these series. I wish this program could take the place of all pathologizing and harmful mental health programs in the world.

I updated my opinion of this fellow after he started saying ADHD wasn't real. I grew up traumatized in the church by people like him. Unsubscribed.@@LOVEISTRUTH300

    Thank you
    This is great
Total avoidance is a coping mechanism
Unhealthy but, also, back then, transiently helpful

Tough to untangle mess but great understanding of boundries. Just love the fact that God is love and light. Always ready to enter in to my hurt and pain. Great job Kayla

this is good and very intellectual but what about the constant pain and betrayal and hurt that CPTSD feel 24/7. Not sleeping, memories, inability to speak or work because of what someone else has done to you. THE TRAUMA never goes away and so this is another thing we are supposed to handle.

Hear you. Very frustrating to know that "It's not your fault", but, um...good luck with all that. SMH

I keep trying to set boundaries but certain people keep trampling them without due care. I'm done with it, I'm looking after myself from now on because no one is going to listen to me.

Finding Freedom usually gives a heads up and transition slide stating they are going to the Christian part. It looks like the editing went left on this one and it was missed.
This was very helpful for me. I learned that boundaries are about centering what important, as well as excluding things that aren't

Somebody forgot the Jesus boundary at 25:20. As somebody imbued in Christian teaching and appalled by the abuses of organized religion, their Bible teaching is quite revelatory.

I find this impossible to understand with such fast speech it sounds like a mumble. Half way through the video and I haven't taken in anything. I'll move on to video 2 in this series and hope I haven't missed anything crucial.

You can slow down/speed it up any video on UA-cam to suit your preference.
Click on the video to find ⚙️ (Settings).
      Select Playback speed -> 0.75x.
      I hope it helps!

Yeah she is talking way too fast, but I have a solution for you: you can adjust the speed of the audio--> first tap your screen and some icons will appear in the upper right hand corner including a settings icon which looks like a little gear. Next, click that gear icon and then click "Play back speed," and then you'll see that you can adjust it to be at Half time, 3/4 time, 1/4 time, etc.

She is talking way too fast. I’m sure it’s because she’s anxious but I hope if I come across any other videos of her, she has slowed down her nervous system seems revved up.

Maybe the wisdom of the speaker is what allows them to spot truth in both areas?
