Modular 3D printed prosthetic hand updates! AL78 v4.0

Hi all, this is this week's update on the modular prosthetic hand, AL78.
In v4.0, the updates are
1) Pulling string with timing belt
2) Torsional spring
3) Dowel pins
The implementations were not successful, but will see if we can update after this version.
