I'm amazed at how many cpu's have sticky labels still attached. Makes me wonder if they were all originally from the same supplier who didn't have a clue about cpu cooling.
Edit: I mean the ones with the heat spreader, obviously it doesn't matter to have labels on the pcb board.

thats a pretty beefy heatsink for a pentium 3. The 10f should do celeron tualatins, so not too shabby. Celerons didn't suck back then like they do now.

Regards eBay sales via best offer … sometimes you might see outrageously high prices which were sold at some undisclosed lower offer price … this may have been a ‘please hold this while I check something price’ so a seller can temporarily discourage other buyers purchasing an item while they check something for a particular buyer. Changing the price doesn’t cost the seller anything unlike ending-relisting items or selling-cancelling orders. There may be other reasons, but this one I have come across.

A long time I worked with a professional P4 "Workstation" and 2 dual xeon workstations.
In my job I had a business Laptop. So I didn't realized the Intel Pentium 4 Desaster and skipped the successor intel and amd development.
I got a consumer P4 on ASRock. These computers unfortunately had been affordable standard for most people, what a mess !

I am pretty sure these kind of standard P4 motherboards won't become collectable items.
That data voice card is likely a pbx/fax server card…
This week was my dumpster dive PC find..i pulled a few old Dells out the communal bin..a garage clearout by some tenant apparently..covered with dead Spiders and webs and dead insects..lovely..ugh..also a Shuttle clone which is the best of the bunch..i'm be cleaning and restoring that one..rest are parts..i got a useful PIII 1GHz processor..my old Compaq PIII already has an 800 MHz just like the one in the video here..so i now have an upgrade (if it works) ..2 more Dells to break for spares..probably all Socket 775's with single core Pentiums and Celerons..nothing useful i didn't already have..makes up for all the piss poor weather lately..
Hmm the weather is really good here which is normal as it is summer. Must be a hemisphere thing if it ain't summer where you are 🙃
i have a motherboard out on the desk here, powers on just get no signal, tried a known faulty gfx card and get the beep error code, same if i take out the ram, can't work out if its the CPU of Bios issue, so from the tests i know the ram is good and so is the GPU, so its down to mobo or cpu?

syd...July heat...you should see us today in London right now...pissing down rain for nearly 24 hours..about 16 degrees outside..and grey sky..we had a few days of heat last month..why people in Britain with money and passports holiday south..Spain Portugal Greece etc..or any Mediterranean Island will do..not me though..stuck here in the rain as always
Normally I'm there about 9am but have a bit of breakfast at the cafe before looking around. It's maybe 25C then or something like that

I do the exact same as you with PC's back here in the UK Richard. Have even had many for free from sites like Freecycle and found some right gems!
