We are installing out LillyAnn cabinets and they are amazing. Totally worth the work. Very well built. We got the bristol chocolate. The only problem we had was the side panels of the pantry, we had to trim down the pieces that glide into the frame. But other than that 20 cabinets were pretty perfect.

The left corner cabinet on top looks exactly what’s on the sketch, so not sure why you are saying you got the wrong cabinet. Watched the video since I am looking to remodel my kitchen, but did not find anything that will turn me away from Lilly in this one.
That's what I was thinking , How would a guy who's not looking at your kitchen know that you don't have a 45° angle on your soffet?
I had new fronts put on mine.SHE watched him do it so he had to do it right. That is really tough, Mo. Hopefully they come good and do it fast. Stay safe and stay cool
I used Lily ann cabinets 4 times so far. They are far superior to anything else in the same price range. I don't know about the planning and stuff they offer because I di that all myself. With simple math, and a little common sense, it's not very hard to plan out a functional custom cabinet layout.
Seems to me your biggest issue is that you relied too much on someone else to plan you DIY and you don't have any real world experience in kitchen design. You should have Collaborated with someone else with more DIY experience.
Also you chose the lowest tier cabinets that have cam locks and epoxy side mount drawer hardware. That stuff is no better that the garbage in stock at lowes or home depot.... except they would give you a free touch up kit. The higher quality lined they carry are way better with dovetail joints and hidden soft close hardware and thicker woods and are not much more money...well worth the price.

That’s why I measure myself and plan myself and order everything myself! I don’t rely on someone else to figure it out for me, unfortunately that’s what happens every time to people When they have someone online designing their kitchen

i disagree. We have ordered rta before, assembelled and installed. Turned out just fine. And that was me and my mom. And what exactly diy has to do with the company sending the wrong cabinets??Or the cabinets not build correctly?
