I hope that you know you dont have to feel pressured to upload. On my main channel I almost quit my job because I thought youtube would give me it all. But I realized what you realized in this video , and decided not to quit and not use youtube as my main job just because youtube wouldnt be any fun like that. And at that time I needed atleast a sourse of fun in my life and not it just being "for work". It would make me more stressed to think of it as a job, so I decided not to.
But all that aside, you are great at youtube and I think whatever makes you happy is what you should do.
