One of the hardest things I've ever watched on Bravo was the fallout btwn Jeff & Jenni w Lea's AWFUL CACKLE throughout the argument. I fully believe that her presence played a part in the extent to which the argument exploded. I think that she egged Jeff on w her approval of his behavior.
*If she's such a wonderful business person, she should have strongly encouraged Jeff to stop & take issues up w Jenni in a more appropriate setting. NOT in a car w additional employees present. Anyone with a brain the size of a pea knows better.
I love Leah, she is so hopelessly Miami in her Unity on the Bay approach to business. 😊🍸😊
It’s so awkward that new railings are being installed while they are in a meeting, all facing in that direction while boss is watching
I so agree with lea it's about the business if the boss is happy you will be happy unity is key to Jeff Lewis when he is not getting the best from his staff note Jeff gets very sarcastic another thing Jeff Lewis when you have a problem with one of your employees you should do it in private donot discuss it with the other employees I don't care if you are on a reality show that's the only problem I have with you other than that I love love me some Jeff Lewis❣️

You know what's ironic? Both Jenni and Megan are listening. But are they hearing? Are they too self-involved to understand you support your boss so that he or she can do their best. Flipping out seems to be more about 'pecking order' than getting it done. It is after all Jeff Lewis Design.
I don't understand Jeff's obsession with Lea Black. I'm sure most of her wealth came from a rich attorney husband. So why would Jeff think she is the voice of reason with business?

You shouldn't have to be told to work hard. I like these phony baloney motivational speakers who could never succeed in anything except telling other people how to succeed. Obviously this motivational speaker does not put her principles for on her caloric intake. You can't expect her to be successful at everything.
So now Jeff thinks he's going to rule the world. All he has to do is do what the big head says. If only it was that easy. I wonder if this lady ever had the talk to Martha Stewart so she could be successful?
She's so full of it she just wants her paycheck.
