There's anger and issues on both sides. No hate, Jenni wouldn't be offered to be godmother if she was such a bad person. Jeff does have a tendency to go from 0 > 100 in a blink. And lost many a good staff and clients because of it.
Truly wishing them well. Jeff take this life lesson as Bravo don't cancel shows based on heresay. And Jenni pls find a way to reconnect with Monroe. Be that positive role model you signed up for. Being godmother is a privilege and blessing. 🖤

jenni had a deadbeat thief 1st husband, she was the main provider. she had a good career with jeff who trained her on the job. i get that jeff can be a *itch, & if you dont like it, leave. yes!
BUT the odd thing is...she stayed with him for years & they were seemingly VERY close good friends, even with a all his obnoxious behavior. so it seems, to me, all of a sudden when she got the money guy locked in, she no longer wanted the friendship. so that makes me believe the true friendship was only on jeffs side & jenni was using him.. but honestly, i really have no idea about these people & what they are about!! its just silly reality tv & i confess i like the silly drama sometimes. its a good stress reliever, isnt it?

I thought she left because she was reprimanded (on camera) for asking to use one of Jeff’s clients’ vacation home. She got embarrassed for being called out and then attempted to spin it as Jeff creating a toxic work environment. Jeff is certainly a jerk, but I do think he’s authentic.
No, she found a real man who knows how to treat people respectfully, which opened her eyes as to what she had been dealing with last several years…
He has mistreated plenty of the people who have worked for him on camera . Imagine how he treats them off camera.
No one is forcing them to work for Jeff. They knew exactly what they were signing up for when they chose to work for him, so to complain later on is silly. They can leave at any time.

And I also don't think you realized that he plays up the drama for the show. I don't know if you know this, but the show is called Flipping Out and the entire premise of the show is that Jeff has a difficult personality. It's called Flipping out for a reason. He has to play up the drama to get views so the show doesn't get cancelled. If you disagree with that, then you don't have to support it.

If those people like the job but not how they're treated then they can easily find a job doing the exact same work for someone else. So once again, it is completely ludicrous and actually pretty offensive for you to compare that to slavery. So, basically Jenni hadn't been Jeff's "real" assistant for years, but when filming the show, she got back into character. This season, you can see when Jeff decided to give her a new fluff title, that something was going on. Jenni must've been holding in some major resentment, and saw her BRAVO income being threatened by the new characters that have been added to the show. It's sad, but Jeff's relationships, ON THE SHOW. He's very particular, and seems like it would be hard for any employee to live up to his standards. Nevertheless, I believe him.
Based on watching his show(s), He was/is so abusive to Jenni and other employees. He thinks he can say and do anything he wants to his employeea without consequences. Newsflash Jeff, -- It doesn't work that way. Your abuse is CLEAR. We all saw it and see it. This guy has a severe anger problem. He is the epitomy of a narcissist. Waiting for his husband to leave him too because no one will put up with his abuse forever.
Charlotte Cannon Gage is just as bad as Jeff. Jeff has said himself that Gage agrees with what he says but he won’t say it to anyone’s face. He’d rather let Jeff do all the dirty work. Both are abusive. The employees put up with it because he pays them well. If he didn’t they wouldn’t stick around. He’d have a bigger revolving door than he does now. We can only hope Jeff’s child’s behavior isn’t influenced by them. I agree he’s a narcissist but so is Gage.
@@tobyredhead4054 -- Could be, you might be right about Gage. You are definitely right about the rest of what you said. His first show (some 8 plus years prior to his meeting Gage), he was the same way. Its just gotten worse or more visible to viewers.

Jenni benefited enormously from working with Jeff. She was a struggling assistant working as a rapper for kiddie parties. When she married her doctor husband and had her kids she shifted from assistant to Bravo employee and once again, benefited from Jeff who did not stand in her way. She has met a lot of rich people through Jeff and is living a very large life. I'm really disappointed in her behavior and I really don't think this friendship will mend; I can't see how it can. Jeff has actually been calmer this season and it seems that the baby really grounded him. He's wacky but he took care of his grandmother and Zoila and Jenni's role was that of the Greek (sorry) chorus. This development was uncalled for. Good luck, Jenni.

Jenni benefitted tremendously from working for Jeff. I agree with you. Very disappointed in her behavior. She actually ended up showing everybody her true character. Jeff did so much for Jennifer over the years and now yo hear what she is saying, sounds like sour grapes. And Joe she had married a Dr had a child and Jeff’s usefulness was gone. Lost a lot of respect for her!
Are you kidding me he harassed her and if you’ll notice she was an executive producer on the show. Jenni and Gage saved Jeff from loosing clients over and over again. I read that the show was developed after another show was in development and followed her as a struggling actress and the job she was doing. In California as an employer you can’t get way with the crap he pulled. I’m not sure what kid of entertainment contracts people signed but my bet is he paid lots of people off. He’s a nut job and she never be on TV again.
I remember the first couple of seasons when Jeff would get upset or make fun of Jeni bc she wanted to audition, therefore missing work. Go back and watch the beginning seasons. It’s all there!! 💁♀️

Raquel Merlo she stayed because she wanted the big money. She could have worked in the acting world if she was truly unhappy but she preferred getting large sums of money so she could by a 3 million dollar house. She did not HAVE to stay - she chose to stay.
She didn't leave. She was fired. She was fine with his behavior and would have happily continued to work with him.
Jenni knew exactly what she signed up for . She's a very bright lady. Jeff is a very temperamental guy - not a secret. He is also incredibly talented. They were as close knit as siblings and as all we all know this type of relationship can be tough to navigate because when things get tense we know how to push one another buttons. Clearly this time it went too far on both sides. My hope is that down the line they both miss what they walked away from, they'll remember what they valued so much in each other and they'll set their ego's aside and talk.
You dont know what was or was not AGREED TO by Jenni behind the scenes. Regardless, it does NOT give Jeff the right to ABUSE others. Whether employed or not.

Jeff Lewis IS abusive to the people around him. How can you watch that show, and not think he is abusive? He's got serious anger management issues, and control issues. He's all about the show and he wonders why his design business hasn't really taken off ...... the series has stagnated years ago and Bravo doesn't really care if they renew Jeff's contract ( and they probably won't.)

I love Jeff Lewis I truly do, but in the past however many seasons of Flipping Out - You have lost more people you you seem to care about than not. Ryan, Jenni, Frankie, countless assistants. Some of it deserved, some of it iffy but if you look back perhaps you might think huh, maybe there is something there I am missing. I can't say because I am not there but it seems like once Jenni bought that house you and Gage wanted but couldn't afford years ago, there was an underlying resentment that lead to this.

As an avid fan of Flipping out, I was sometimes uncomfortable with Jeff's off the cuff strong personality until I watched every season and fell in love... couldn't get enough of his snarkasm! I was greatly disappointed the show was cancelled over a disloyal tantrum-whining-spat of a fame-whore employee! Real name is Jealous much Jenni! Big mistake Bravo, they should have kept Flipping out on air without that assistant!!

What would you do if your employee announced her hate, embarrassment and accusations of you ruining her career when she was available 7 months out of the year to work as an actress. Don’t forget when she was insubordinate and breached her agreement to never take any kind of favors from clients. Jenni used a clients house for her own personal benefit. When Jeff confronted her she never apologized or acknowledged her wrong doing.

I had a friend who accused me of being the worst friend she ever had after 16 years. It came out of nowhere. Lie through and through That hurt more than anything. I have faults but one thing I am is a great friend. So I can sympathize with the pain of being betrayed. Been there done that. So sorry that your friendship has ended up like this.C’esr la vie.

VERY TRUE!!! if I were Jenny and I had a problem with jefff and knew I meant that much to him I could go up to him and say “ you’re making me feel like crap” I’m sure Jeff would have a bit of heart to be honest about his issues like he has... he isn’t very affectionate or loving bcs he never had a parent to show him but he is honest about it!!! Honestly, my first question when I heard about this was why did she keep coming back if it was so awful. The show catapulted her career. Whatever Jeff may or may not be, I do love him, I think Jenni is wrong and I’m not sure what her end came is. $$$?? I’m team Jeff on this one warts and all

Love your show, Jeff. If Jenni was truly feeling abused working for you, she could have always left but didn't AND continued to work for him for years. FACT. There wouldn't be a show without you, Jeff, without your fascinating & entertaining personality (I mean that in the best of way).

It's hard to know what's really going on since "the" episode hasnt aired yet. I tend to lean towards Jenni's side though. She seems so sweet and genuine.

Jeff truthfully, you are rough, or at least you come across that way on television (and radio). I can tell you have a soft heart for matters of family, but when you lose it, you lose it. There are people who can take your reactive personality, but it comes to a full stop when it becomes personal to them. I once had a close friend I adored, I felt no threat when she picked on other people and thought it's ok, she's really a nice person at heart, BUT when she turned on me, I realized this lady has no filter and isn't aware she is crossing the line. I had enough, spoke up and threw it right back at her but she was offended because she didn't expect my reaction. Jenny has witnessed your behavior and has pulled back, or softened the landing, but she's probably at her wit's end and just couldn't take anymore. Instead of just backing away slowly and carefully from the relationship, she reacted impulsively and pretty much was unconcerned about how you felt when she threw up everything she's been holding back. Now, I love me some Jeff Lewis because he's unfiltered and truthful from the start even when he is wrong. I do have a bit of an issue with the way he reacts and the words that come out of his mouth. I've watched his show since season one and listen to his radio segment always and have drawn my own conclusion. What I discovered, is to get along with Jeff Lewis one has to have thick skin, love him above all, and have lots and lots of patience. Kudos to Gage.

Before commenting, know that I have been in construction for 30 years and survived a violent abusive relationship but I have to side with Jeff Lewis on this. There was a bantering relationship, not abusive. I can't think of one work experience in the 30 years that I didn't have that same "bantering" relationship (it's what made you laugh, when you really want to pull your hair out) . I liked Jenni but disappointed that she would take 20 year relationship and at the 11th hour talk about abuse or even hint of it. It diminishes those who have REALLY been physically and verbally abused. It diminishes Jeff Lewis and his company, his employees, and their continued success, and Bravo. Bravo if your wondering if viewer will still watch Flipping Out - this viewer will.

Obviously, you never watched the show and how he ridiculed every single employee, some clients, including his racist rants against his housekeeper, Zoila, interns, females, and even Gage. Gage has Jeff ' s money, so he is silent. Did Jeff ever hire a black person. No. Why? Because he KNEW IF HE HAD JOKED AS PREJUDICED AS HE DID WITH ZOILA TO A BLACK PERSON, HE'D HAVE BEEN SKEWERED LIKE ROSEANNE AND THAT WHITE-HAIRED OLDER FEMALE CHEF WITH TWO SONS, AND THAT CRUMMY TALK SHOW HOST WHO CHEWED UP BLACK FEMALE BASKETBALL PLAYERS! He was so humiliating -about 80% of each show, like #45, he made many average folks want to puke, and now his fans that are left seem to be those who to love to watch others be humiliated and desperate to keep their jobs...not all money is good money...Jeff will fall soon enough. He is too narcissistic and and arrogant for the pedestal he has placed HIMSELF ON. He loves him some Andy Cohen, and the admiration pendulum swings both ways apparently, but there is One Greater than both of them...I can hardly wait to see all the enemies of kindness exposed and...whatever comes with it.

How is it racist to give a face lift and a brand New BMW to your employee of years? Not to mention having a room designed especially for her?!
