Personally, if the watch is still within its 5 year warranty period I would send it back to Citizen for repair. But if its out-of warranty and if you can get a replacement crown, then they are easy enough to fit, I'm not sure where you could get one though, maybe try a company called Cousins if you're in the UK.

You can put whatever type of strap you like on, if you prefer a leather then go for it.

Crown fell off on mine. How do you get a new crown? Is it safe to try to replace myself? Thank you!

I have this watch and the bezel froze up on me.now its a fixed bezel
You should be able to free that up & make it work again, there's a ton of videos on UA-cam that show how to do that.
