I don't know if this was discovered already, but there's a cave on Oni mountain that continuously spawn cleffa and clefairy. And during the day it continuously spawns hoothoot as well. If you enter the cave and walk to the edge of the open space, you can knock out pokemon and they will keep spawning. And since the cave is small, they can't de-spawn themselves by running away. No picnic respawns or moving at all. Don't even need a sandwich unless you want to find shiny quicker. If you looks on the kitakami map, North East of dreaden den, the first patch of green has the cave.

It really works! Using the cave method, I found a shiny Carbink in two sandwiches, and then a Cleffa in the time left on the second sandwich!
For those that dont have 2 Salty Herba Mystica;
You can also do -
1 cucumber
1 pickle
3 tomatoes
2 of and Herba Mystica except Sweet/Sweet, Sweet/Sour, and Sour/Sour.

He’s carbink spot is the best. You can even do a humongous (or teeny) and shiny lvl 3 sandwhich because so many spawn in that cave.

I got a shiny Arbok ✨️ in pokemon scarlet and it looks so cool
there is a spot of the side of the Oni mountain where houndour spawn where you can just picnic over and over again until you get one i got three on my first try using a poison shiny sandwhich.

Plz do normal next there's lots fo normal types but they spawn in the same place normally so it can be hard to shiny hunt them

There is a cave going towards Fenzendipiti from the courtyard that only naturally spawns Hoothoot and Cleffa/Clefairy. I need to go back and try to find that cave again. For cave hunts with little variation spawns, I don't use any sandwiches and just use Let's Go kill method. Good way to shiny hunt and exp grow.

@@PhillyBeatzU I found it. If you fly to the plaza and go right of the temple and then basically straight North, right after the river, you'll see the cave. The cave starts off with clusters of Hoothoot and singles of Cleffa/Clefariy/Noctowl.
If you stand in the doorway and do the kill method, you will get singles of Cleffa and Clefairy and possibly small clusters of Hoothoot. I haven't had a Noctowl respawn after 45 minutes of autobattling. I had to run out of the cave and fly out and back to get the best chances of Hoothoot respawns.
If you stand in the cutout to the right and do autobattling, it seems that you will only get Cleffa and Clefairy single spawns. I haven't had a Hoothoot respawn at this spot yet. This spot also will allow Cleffa and Clefairy to run out the cave entrance and they will not despawn if they are outside, so you could lose respawns this way.
Again, I'm doing this with no sandwich power, so I don't know if there are anything else that could spwan in here.
The best spot for the owls is the Kitakami Hall reset method, imo. Basically jump off to the right of the kid that gave you the emote. In KH. Land on the bare rock slab, where there’s a grass slab below. The grass slab is where the spawns happen. The bare slab above is where you’ll be doing resets by walking up in the middle to the wall to reset in KH, then walking down and have a great view of all the respawning Pokemon. Maybe the best spot in the DLC?

Tomato, Salty + Spicy Herba Mistyca is more efficient since you use Salty for EVERY shiny encounter 3 sandwich
I used this to find carbink but I had to but to 0.5 speed to see where you were going since you were going way too fast
I've found out with most you can replace 1 salty with spicy

Start a normal shiny sandwhich. Go to the shrine of the 3, jump over the small fence at the very top and look for a yellow group of flowers next to blue ones. That will be your walking back and fourth reset point, from shrine to Apple hills. Watch them spawn, the shiny is easy to spot.

2 HERBAS (I realized that 2 sweet DONT give encounter, and only give catch, so be aware)
