If you got the Dragonborn DLC, you can max it out by simply going to Benkongerike's Great Hall, once you enter the doors, on your right hand side there will be a pile of lusty agronian maid books, and telekinesis will underneath now simply make sure you're outside, grab anything, and without letting go fast travel across the map, and it'll instantly max out
Make your suit of alteration gear...head, ring, chest and necklace. Select detect life and use a rubber band to hold down button on your controller around people (maybe it doesn't matter) ... You raise a level about every 20 seconds at level 60 ...the time increases some as you raise levels. Just watch your controller doesn't go into sleep mode
Right after I first get to Whiterun I get a follower to help me get the Axe of Fiery Soultrap from Gathrik so I can make a bow with the enchantment and fill soul gems to make enchantment rise (at level 22 I buy any weapon of Banishing because enchanting daggers with Banish is fastest). As soon as I get to 100 in enchant I can make those 4 pieces to make alteration cost nothing (I use clothes or a robe, a necklace, ring and circlet) and then go get the book of Telekinesis and use it to travel back and forth, to max it out, legend it and start over. I used to use block for that but it is so much easier, quicker (and safer) to use Telekinesis to max out perks all over the sky. Alteration is my "Legending" skill and Telekinesis is the tool I use to max it out so I can perk everything up.
Side with ralof and Max out carry capacity in Helgen sell everything in Riverwood go straight to white run begin pickpocketing anyone you run into and when you get caught just pay off your bounty keep doing this until you get pickpocketing to lvl 20 put 2 perks into making pickpocketing easier then go straight to college of Winterhold begin buying alternation skill lvls from tolfdier then pickpocket the gold back that's what i did got my alteration all the way to lvl 70 and maxed out pickpocketing

1. Get Mage Mundus stone 2. Get Oakflesh (From the College, or Lucan in Riverwood) 3. Find an Apprentice Hood or something to boost your Max Magicka. 5. Find some Slaughterfish, swim to shore, stay in combat. 5. Spam Oakflesh. Either wait or unequip then re-requip hood to replenish Magicka.
Keep spamming oakflesh while running around horkers or something else slow to start with . If you go to windchill depths in west of map and walk down the path to where a canis root and deathbell grow down a bit from the bear you DO NOT KILL , it doesnt follow. You can sit there all day spamming oakflesh infinitely if you make sure you are out of range but it is marked as a hostile enemy. PS when you get to lvl 41 you can get telekinesis from tolfdir at winterhold.
The statement at 3:07 is wrong You can enter the dungeon early by going in the way you normaly would leave it (where the thalmor agent confronts you) you can find it by looking for the ladder that is right under it and then you just have to jump up the mountain. I do this on every mage playthrough to get the dragonpriests mask early and have a 100+ magic 150+ if you also play as Altmer Edit: can you use the spell that turn health into magic to also level restaration while using it?or is the health draining effect to strong for healing? Cuz if it isnt it could be a sweet automated level farm method
I had a glitch or whatever in the college dorms where my magic never runs out and I used telekinesis and many other spells just to level up and later on in the game it was back to normal. 😔 I was so OP LOL

Enchanting to 100 and all the perks in Enchanter automatically gives you 25% reduction. If you're struggling because you haven't grinded it out get a circlet and a falmer helm. You can equip both at the same time

You can also Spam Mass Paralasys to Power Level it, but you have to get it first

enchanting is the most broken skill tree in the entire game for creating 300+ damage bows and free magicka
This fast travel cheat does not work if you have the unoficial patch.
If you craft the alteration armor just lift something with telekinesis then fast travel far away and it’ll get you to lvl 100 alteration
