I got mines today.. The trimmer is banging. Perfect .
I got an issue with my clipper, when I open and close the lever, when the whole blade moves sometimes it doesn't align meaning sometimes the left is higher then right or vice versa, is that normal?
I think the reason these trimmers don't glide initially is because of the pointy teeth on the still blade. Babyliss has the same initial issue. The teeth on the x-pro are more rounded.
I'd still go for TPOB though, because the problem is only initial, can be corrected by applying less pressure and they're the only ones with a GRAPHENE blade
Yeah the blade is ultra thin and sharpe. I use mine for line up’s only and they smack!
@@IKenexPSN I use mine to shave, but it took some getting used to and if you want to make it easier on yourself; get some Electric shave lotion
TPOB is not a knock off brand!!! TPOB, Style Craft, COCCO and Babyliss all buy from some of the same manufactures and then have the clippers customized for their brand. The base models are the exact same for some of the clippers across the board from company to company!!! TPOB Goblin & Style Craft Instinct are the exact same identical clippers, they're just customized for each respective company.

Yo tank try doing this I bought 3 physco blades and same issue they dragged but I changed still blade on all of them my og gold graphite and dlc2.0 and that cutting blade makes them hit way better and glide nice check it out u won’t regret it
I have the same issue with the one that I bought too.. irritates the skin and I don’t even have the blades set close

Tpob stuff is really growing on knock of other clippers but there price is right and that psycho blade on there trimmers is fire I put one on my babyliss lo pro love em now
They’re not knock offs as the other companies also buy the product from the same manufacturer. They just use white label mfg and he saves money by not getting new molds rather putting that money on the blades 😄 smart biz move tbh as he grows I’m sure he’ll eventually get a custom mold
Tpob had these patented before coco, since 2022, so coco is basically just the more popular knockoff
I want everyone to pay attention to how loud the trimmer is at the end of the video vs the beginning when he first unboxed it. 🚩🚩🚩I had that same issue with the X trimmer and it just got louder. If anything, grab a gold psycho blade and slap it on one of your babyliss trimmers. That blade 🔥

When I turned them on straight from the factory it was a normal volume, when I cleaned and oiled them they became nice and quiet... This is standard
How about oiling the joints. Lol smh making issue out of nothing.
@@DUICE08 oiled & white lithium grease inside on the cam follower. By far the loudest trimmer I ever used. Many others have the same issue. You say I’m making an issue out of nothing so I’m just going to assume you don’t cut hair in a professional barbershop environment & that’s fine. If you’re still cutting your friends and family at home then this trimmer might be for you.
It isn't the quietest timmer on the market, but it's definitely on the quieter side (significantly quieter than a new skeletonFX) also it's stronger than any trimmer and has a GRAPHENE blade

I bought black and the gold physco blade both left irritation but after changing the still blade to my gold one I ended up putting graphite on other one and still ended up buying another physco blade for my dlc 2.0
that’s the only problem i’ve had with the psycho blade, a coworker had the same thing. our only idea on what it could be was that it was SO sharp we had to press wayyyyy lighter, after we started doing that it got much better
So stock comes with black psycho blade and you recommend changing it to gold , what about the cutter ?
Yes take gold fx still blade and swap it to physco blade it’s quiet smooth and still hits
Use cutter and everything from physco blade just change still blade to whatever ur fav blanyliss blade is and it will improve it 10x

I’m probably too picky but I prefer the all-green design of the X. Yeah they have a green XO but the bottom of it is black so it’s not the same. They should have kept it all green so I’m probably going to get the green X instead of XO bc that all green body just looks so good that you don’t wanna mess with the design. Even though I’m sacrificing USB C charging and who cares about the stand. I keep all my trimmers in a drawer. Add even a small amount of black and it ruins the design for me. Great barbering skills though. You’re really good at fades and lining beards.

they’re not knock offs, a lot of the newer clipper companies use the same factories, only real differences is branding
They use the same factories. He just doesn’t buy new molds and invests that money into the blades and motors.
That’s how he keeps prices low for the quality of the product. Gotta remember it started off a just one dude that was a normal as barber. Didn’t have the millions of RnD for molds to begin with. Overall he has a good product. I’m sure as he grows he’ll invest into a custom mold.

Not really coco 2hr runtime and 3hr charge time while tpob is 4 hr runtime and 1.5 charge
