Excellent video Sir! There's too much misinformation out there, people needed to know the truth from medical a professional being interviewed by a man of your knowledge of the game. Nicely done 🙏
Dr Prisk is the man! There needs to be more doctors like him, he's an athletes dream! Plus his hrt clinic is top notch. Super cool guy! Super interesting/eye opening interview!
I always say that every episode is awesome but this one by far knocked it out of the park. Very educational and easy to understand. Even when he started putting in the technical terminology. You had him back off and I seen what you were doing this just say that. So much appreciated their and much-appreciated overall.just like at the end you guys stated that this is what needs to be done at or what should be done at thistime in the big scheme of things. I mean it should have been done earlier but it's got to start somewhere. Unfortunately it took a plethora of deaths for this to happen. I'm not saying that you never talked about the health issues or possible consequences of such. But there just wasn't enough people and let's face it you didn't have a platform like UA-cam back in the day or well I guess I'll just stop here but again thank you
Eye opener. Only wish that all the coachs had the knowledge that you have and the concern for their atheletes has you have. For many of them an athelete its just a source of income. Love all the work you do Hany, social media, evogen... everything. You really feel a social responsability towards the sport. Keep it up. Stay safe
Greetings ladies and gentlemen, I've got a problem here... When I workout, I always have a hard time feeling the effect of the exercises I performing on the left side of my body, in comparison to the right side of my body, what could be the cause?
Hany and Dave, I'm hoping y'all answer this question for me on the next Q&A. I always feel bloated after I eat...all meals. Due to this it makes it hard to eat my next meal on time because I feel full. Why is that and what do you suggest I take to help with this?
Thank you for doing this, it was very educating. The information shared on this episode is just crazy, I had to stop pause go back see it again. Ps u don’t reply on ur Instagram plz check ur messages. Thanks god bless
Hi Hany, thanks for the valuable info. I'm 42 and starting to get a lot of pains and strains trying to keep up with my previous workouts. What would you recommend for weights and reps, should I go to failure on all / just my last set / none at all. I'd still like to keep building muscle. What are your thoughts on FST 7 for over 40s? And finally please could you make a video on how you take notes in the notebook to track everything?
I gained 40lbs in 2 days after 2012 NPC November Sacramento- Abs were gone by Monday. Most of it was water retention in the legs and I couldn’t walk. Took 4 weeks before I could walk with feeling someone injected my legs with concrete and hit with a baseball bat. I wonder what the Dr Victor would think about my knee without saying knee replacement 😆 We need to get Dr Rambod on! Please! First time I met her she schooled the hell out of someone who questioned her knowledge! 🤣 Get Dr Rambod, Dr Sunny and Lauren on please 🙏🏻
Love this podcast interview with Dr. Prisk ! So many people need to listen to this because they need to know what they’re getting into before they get side effects from abuse and overuse. Fouad mentioned that athletes should get blood work done more often so that they’re aware.
But disappointing to hear the vilification of peptides... Hoped being a bodybuilder Doc would be more open about even anecdotal evidence. I've had undeniable success with peptides and hope we do more research as an alternative. Those that misuse are not mentally stable to begin with. No medication is perfect but the potential isn't worth waiting 20 years for "science" to tell me it's ok
One of your best and most informative podcasts Hany. Thank you❤🇮🇷
This should have 1m views. Every lifter even THINKING about PEDs should watch this
