      +craig leigh Still have the bug, just not so much time these days. I just moved my family back to Richmond, Virginia from Phoenix and need to get back in the swing. I have a proper workshop now and hope to resurrect the foamboard muse. Thanks for checking in.

    Heh, there's a place in England called Barrow-in-Furness. It's not in a furnace, but it's definitely warmer that Barrow in Alaska! ;¬)

    That's cool! We drove our RV up to AK a few summers ago. We wanted to go to Prudhoe Bay (near Barrow) but were advised not to due to heavy rocks and strong winds...

    Hey Ed, I just saw an article about an rc plane "drone" called the COP21. Look up the article on BBC. It looks to me like the researchers at Manchester used some of your designs.

    Hey Ed. I love your series. I've built a few planes, but skill (or lack thereof) has taken them from me. I'm still loving building and flying. Do you have any new videos in the works? Thank you for everything you've done, and keep on with the great work!

      +Capt Buscemi I wish! I'm a medical documentation consultant and educator. I teach doctors how to document better and medical coders how to better capture that documentation. It all has to do with billing, research, and epidemiology.

    Same here .. recently returned from Deadhorse and it is difficult, in the first place, to find a day without wind in the Winter. Thought to bring even a quad but also limited to weight on baggage and who knows if a LiPo battery would make it.

    • @pirateman1966
      @pirateman1966 9 років тому

      You could take a 400 watt wind generator kit and charge the batteries on windy days.
