- Discovered that my washing machine not spinning at all even though its making the spinning sound, i've opened the back cover and the belt was off. I'll show you how to fix it.

When the belt keeps falling off that means that the spider arm assembly that holds the drum inside is corroded / broken and that's pretty much the end of your machine you need a new one replacing it is not hard but it is very tedious and I'm pretty sure the average consumer won't bother with that
I overloaded it which the drum stopped and belt came off

Same issue, however the small from connected to the motor came off also, wonder if i need to replace the whole motor

@@B0TZ but after that belt snaps you gotta buy a new one and another one and then you are stuck in that loop until you discover that technology went so far that you can now spin stuff using magnets (the direct drive inverter).

LG Inverter DD washing machine is a model that does away with the old pulley and belt system and connects the motor directly to the wash drum.

My belt was off. But the spining prat you put belt on is locked not spinning also drum i can't spin with my hand. Any help?

Hello, my samsung eco buble machine problem; After a while after the spinning process starts, the machine turns off and turns on by itself, as if there was a power cut. Then it constantly behaves like this and cannot finish the squeezing process. Motherboard, motor and pump have been changed but the problem persists.
it seems to be a common problem with that particular machine as many feedback has been given on the Samsung community website. best to change to another brand.
I done this and it worked for one wash but now it isn't working again 🤬 what else can it be?

The belt is damaged, The pulley has come loose, The motor has come loose, The drum bearings have become worn
Check pully&bearings&drumholder.

So does mine. Check the pulley (the little spinner you put the belt on before the large drum one) it shouldn’t be loose at all. Only turning clockwise or anti-clockwise. If there’s any give in it then it need to be tightened. The belt can also become loose over time, even though no damn age is obvious to it.

I took the back off and the belt is fine and even when I hand turn it, the drum doesn't spin

I put a new belt but it keeps coming off, any suggestion?
Could be a wrong size belt..? Belt needs to be stiff tight all around and thread of belt inwards like in video

LG Inverter DD motor is the motor that is directly attached to your washing machine’s drum. What does that mean? No belt, no pulley and brushes.

LG Inverter DD washing machine uses only the motor that is attached to the center of the drum instead of conventional belt and pulley.
My belt didn't snap,as soon as I spin it works its way to the end and comes off
LG Inverter DD motor has no belt. But Hotpoint still uses belts.
If you can’t turn the drum easily, the problem is the bearings are messed up/busted.
Front & top load washing machine repairs.
Test 1 then error code then test 2 then err code then test 3 then error code then test 4 then error code then test 5 then error code then repairs.
If the drum does not spin at all, you’ll need to call an electrician to fix this problem.
