I opted for making my own belt grinder. So far it's coming along great. 2hp 3 phase sealed dc motor with a good vfd which I got for free on a couole cement mixing machines I broke down for the materials. Hoping mine performs as well as this. Nice rig! Hope it all goes well for you

Look to me like fenders from something or maybe two halves of some sort of flywheel.

Hi Mark they are line shaft wheels off our drop hammer that i am using for my deck legs .
