Perfect! Just caught some nice rainbow and was hoping you had your restaurant plate for trout on UA-cam! One thing I didn't see was whether you removed the scales from the fish or left them on. Thanks!
Exactly. Adults, just cook it whole, and keep a small bowl to the throw the bones in. It's really not that bad. For our children, definitely remove the bones beforehand. Sucks because seafood is soooo healthy, but I think some fish markets have trout and milkfish prepared already
Great technique and overall flavors looked like they would meld really nicely for a fall dish :). Food looked great, and don't take this the wrong way, but the video to me just felt awkward. Might have been the fact that you were dressed way to nice for all this cooking and the parts where you sat on the couch explaining the food.
Looks gorgeous! Thank you, chef!
Hey, I couldn't find the trout glaze on your blog, what is it made of?

Robert Phillips sorry for the delay! We remove them but the scales are so small on these fish, you could really do either. Thanks for watching!
True trout don't have scales!
Wow delicious! Thanks chef 🙏
I prefer to cook bone in, you lose a lot of meat when deboning before cooking and also they come out a lot easier after cooking.

A lovely recipe.
Although I wouldn't call champagne vinegar rustic!
❤️❤️❤️

if you´re gonna remove every single bone from the fish, you shouldn´t be eating fish in the first place
Interesting logic.
