Hi jamie. You have been one of my biggest inspirations in cooking and I have been watching you forever.... Would you do suggestions that people on food tube would like?
Hey Jamie. Your cooking have inspired me to learn how to cook ever since I watch the Naked chef back in 2000. Nice to see you and Tobie cooking together again. I'm wondering, will we be seeing you cooking with Ben O'Donoghue? Would love to see it. Cheers, Kenny
Very nice, i would add lemon grass to the herb mix. Great idea the mustard with the garlic for the dressing and add a bit of zest from the lemon. Great job and I love your manly BBQ
That Fish Looks Awesome !!! So fresh, I always Try not to muck about to much with fish in terms of over doing it, Let the Fish speak for its self and you did exactly that on this video Well done Boys !!!!
Många har mitt namn, och min bild :d Sebastian är ett känt namn i sverige norge och andersson är det mest igenkända efternamnet i sverige :d Och jag tror inte du känner mig :P
I dont think its you. Its the fish, probably. I've eaten trout many times and they dont have any fishy smell. Not unless they are not fresh, of course.
Quite difference from the old daze with the flat, piece of crap scooter and a few hippies dragging over for free food eh ? LOL. You've come a loooong way mate.
Fishier it is the longer it is been dead.I suggest you get a fresh one from a fisher market find one that smells something similar to a light river or ocean smell( fresh fish always smell faint of where it has been caught). If you can't get a hold of fresh one you'll have to make due with using herbs/lemon to cut down it's strong fishy taste.
Hi boys, thnk you so much for cooking this trout dish, it looks awesome. I'm a home cook but I'm not very good with cooking fish, I find fish dishes a little hard. I've never cooked a fish that size, I usually buy the packaged trout in safeway. Thanks guys, see you next time. Ciao Ciao
My Dad and Brother do a lot of fishing, so it was good to show Dad your way of how to fillet a fish. Much appreciated.
I'm gonna try this dish. Oh and that brick oven and garden is amazing

For a second I thought the skin would go to the bin... Luckily it didn't! The skin is soo good :)
Isn't that the same Tobie from your naked chef episode with the late night munchies? You made a Orange-y Sugar with popcorn, that stuff is awesome!
- Jamie blessed it with the fish skin.
Wow! Man, I remember watching Toby on Jamie's channel, I was just getting into cooking.... He's still as cute as he was back then ;)

Whole trout at tesco? £3! Bargain
Too bad the ocean is toxic.
Terrible audio. Broke up constantly. Come on mate.
i have eaten trout once and i find it has a very strong fishy taste. is it just me or its normal in trout?
No not normally having a mild taste like most fresh water fish,( unless they were not fresh)? i smoke mine in a food smoker box.
I find the right seasoning makes trout one of the tastier fish to eat actually.
Maxwell A Buy fresh and soak it in milk overnight, no joke.
