Simple English Paper Pieced Hex Petal Quilt Using Hexiform

- In today's video I show you how I used hexiform hex petal flowers, in 3/4" size to make a simple quilt. The centre of the quilt features a fabric panel and I framed it with borders of Liberty and solid fabric. I appliquéd the flowers in place.

I think, that's because instant gratification is rampant, not many want to be bothered. When they mature they will come around. But they wont choose the sweet or vintage look and they'll add their own spin on it.

This is a beautiful quilt. I am sure this project will help you through the dark days of winter. I like to keep busy with projects in winter. I plan to soon get back to my started EPP projects. Hello Gemma, I am new to your channel. So I am busy doing nothing apart from catching up on watching UA-cam channel. I love the easy slow way that you demonstrate your lovely makes. I am 74 so it does take a few tries of making things, senior moments as I prefer to call them last a lot longer then just moments. I have tried to hear your accent but I haven't got it yet. I was so bummed when you mentioned that the medallion came from an English shop. Sometimes my brain does not always work :-) so thank you so much for mentioning that you can use any fabric for the middle. I had an aha! moment and remembered that I do have a really nice piece of fabric that I can use for a similar project, albeit on a smaller scale. Your quilt looks so fresh. Can't wait to see the finished project.
