      Hi, we use Ghostscrip, GSView, it's easy and fast to use with Coreldraw Software,
      230 mesh with 30 to 40 lpi halftone.

    That was nice man. I'm having a issue with my dots not staying on the 305 mesh during the wash out process. They stay in some places but wash out in others. Any tips on what I'm not doing correctly

      you have to increase exposure time

      having the same problem currently. I know its a year later, but what did you do to fix it? just increase exposure time?

      Well...some TIPS...
      Do you most dregrease your screen before emulsion.
      Maybe used ONE coat of emulsion
      If is possible used YELLOW mesh...
      And finally caliber your Exposition Time...
