  • In this video we explain how to choose the right screen mesh for screen printing your t-shirts. If you have a design with half tones and a lot of detail, a lower mesh screen like a 110 won't hold the half tones. High mesh counts such as 180 or 200 are the best for using white to print flash print.

On Amazon I see that there is 110 43T. Does that mean it is a 110mesh count. But using 43threads/cm will that work for my standard solid colour on paper I’m an artist wanting to get into print making with screens if not. What should I look for?

what about a small print with letters? Like a shirt tag at about 2x3 inches? What would you recommend for that?

Oscar Died I would use a 230 mesh...which would be soft and not soak through the shirt

Gameplay Music depends...but most of the time I would say 180-200 or 230- and do a print flash print. Are there halftones in the design?
