The problem with electric vehicles is the battery. The vehicle's range decreases daily as you charge and discharge. At some point, you're going to have to change the battery. That is when you'd have to spend N1m. Such a huge expense would shock most Nigerians, unless they've been saving up for it. I think it's better to rent the battery. That way, people can pay less monthly. When the battery is spent, you'd just give it back, and get a new one without needing to pay the full price. The company renting out the batteries could then repurpose old batteries for other use, such as home solar.
I call on well meaning Nigerians no matter where you are from to rise to the occasion and make Nigeria great. Don’t let us allow the ruling class and the political class divide and rule us. Nigeria can be great again!!! Thank you NED!

I dont know how an electric vehicle is packaged so I wont be able to say much, but I hope our flooded roads won't be a problem if it enters water.

In Nigeria, solar panels can be flat on the roof, provided you do periodic cleaning because dust cannot run off unless there is heavy rain.
