I did some digging last night. We may need to do a torque limit test in castle link for our sw4 and revolver combo we got going. It supposed to maybe help sensorless setups.
Ahhh that sounds interesting, I'll have to read up on it! Sounds like we may need to make a video covering this specifically... Thanks for the info! 🤘🏼🤘🏼
Thank you for the support and great video! The anti wrap bar is made to fit on either side. Just unbolt the link out of the axle mount and put it on the other way. Then you flip the shackle.
Ahhhh good grief I’m an idiot 😂😂 thank god for those in the hobby such as yourself that have a few brain cells to share with those like myself 😅 cheers!
Ok lol we did alot of the same stuff! I changed the steering servo to be horizontal up front. It bump steers a little bit more but I'm curious cause the snubnose allows for it.
Howdy! I can certainly ship to England, although it may be more expensive-shoot me an email at Highnoonhobby @ gmail and I'll see what I can do for ya!
I really appreciate your coverage of the Marlin. I've been eyeing one for months, but can't seem to pull the trigger on a rig at that price point that I know will need several hundred dollars worth of upgrades to make it capable/durable. Looking forward to the running video and your thoughts on the upgrades.
Thanks for the feedback!! I would certainly recommend the RTR, as I've heard horror stories about the kits missing parts and just generally being a PITA. But I would see if the Marlin goes on sale this year, if you could get even 75 bucks off MSRP that would go a long way towards upgrades. Honestly, you could probably get away with stock electronics (minus servo) for quite some time assuming you're okay with brushed motors. I just so happened to have this setup lying around after taking it out of the Bronco. Cheers! 🤘🏼🤙🏼🙌🏼🍻
@High Noon Hobby I know it went on sale last fall for $100 off and that was what first intrigued me. I'd have to go brushless, especially with how cheap and compact the Hobbywing Fusions SE's are these days.
I just bought one and I’m about to bite the bullet on $400 in parts. But to me at least, tinkering and mods are half the fun. By all means, it’s ridiculous RC4WD hasn’t made a RTR TF2 with the reverse shackle kit, an A&M skid plate clone, better electronics, steel driveshafts, steel bumpers and sliders all around, etc. But I’m kinda glad because doing the upgrades yourself gives you a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction you wouldn’t get if there was no reason to improve it
Just want to say thank you bro because of the information on the video you saved my hard body from getting getting chopped up haha thanks for the insight on the sliders !! MONKEY GRIP FOR THE WIN
Hey brotha awesome video just a heads up there is no driver or passenger side anti wrap bar option. I did the tcase flip too all you gotta do is flip the leaf spring mount on the bar. So it’ll work on the opposite side of the chassis. Here’s the video explaining it. ua-cam.com/video/WfPQyqhzCVU/v-deo.html
Ohhhh my lord I spent an hour trying to figure out how to reverse it, watched that video multiple times, and somehow didn’t catch that he says “flip the mount” not “flip the side of the link it’s on.” Thank you so much!! I’ll have to see if this installation has any drawbacks the way I have it, but that’s great to know!!! 🤘🏼
@@highnoonhobby THANKS Alec have a great weekend buddy 🇬🇧🇺🇲🕊️✌🏼🤟🏼I messaged Logon today Thanking him for introducing me to your Chanel. Both channels are my favourite Crawling CHANNEL'S Which I've learned LOADS from watching and ENJOYED myself doing so ✌🏼

Interesting! I haven't heard of others doing this-is it purely a weight thing? I'd love to hear more of your thoughts on the why behind that mod.
Hey there...I don't think you will, but do you post to England??.. cheers...just really like one of your tee shirts...Dave..
