You litterally have my dream shop haha Thats almost exactly like what I was looking at with some small changes. spray foamed 30x60 but I was gonna go 16 high to do a second floor like you said but with more head room. Different garage door arrangement and several windows so I could install cheap window ac units.
Yea that’s no joke, I thought about just doing the roof and I’m glad I didn’t, one wall takes full sun from 3 to sundown. The exposed part of the beams inside might be hot enough to burn someone.
