was looking on tube for pulsar reviews i bought my first WH100 (when WH100 first come out )from your shop its changed some but that was a fair few years ago came down from Durham as you was only ones that had them lol cheers for vid
Daystate have been owned by an Italian billionaire for the last couple of years and the build quality crashed at that time. Daystate used to be THE airgun manufacturer to purchase from but quality and reliability have let them down on a massive scale. Sure, all airgun manufacturers have teething problems but they usually fix them before the customer takes them down the field having first parted with there hard earned cash. This is in the top end market of the pcp world and you don't want cheap end reliability as was seen in the rushed onto the shelf Wolverine. English gunsmiths used to make the parts for all the Daystate range of airguns (except for the stock that doesn't fit right or left handed shooters as the comb is centeral with the action), right next door to the show room so IT WORKED but now they have a shining new show room down the road and a bunch of witless baboons putting together a bucket of parts that are now made in Italy and shipped over her. I have owned many Daystates over my 45 year shooting life and yes i do own a Daystate but it's a pre 2013 Air Ranger and i like it but they are no longer the best. I will end with a bomb shell, this 'new owner' is using this and many other small companies as a 'tax' dodge and Daystate will shut it's doors in under 5 years. Choose your next pcp very Wisley.
I agree daystate make poor quailty rifles now have a look at my videos and see the state of the ranger they sold me rusty inside after about 5 wks it went back 3 times to the idiots at daystate They told me there was nothing wrong with it I had to fix it myself even though it still was under warranty They did send me a new hammer and housing to fix my rifle but they were that poorly made they would not fit together My ranger was made in aug 2012 But once it was fixed by me it has run right and accurate and i still own it I have owned daystate for years and i can honestly say the ranger i own will be my last daystate i buy my next rifle will be a different make
Great video, I've always liked the look of the Pulsar & would love to own one if I could afford it. I'll look out for a second hand one in a couple years when the value drops. In the mean time, I want to try out the cheap Chinese Bullpup the P12. Hopefully BAR will stock them at some point.
New to this channel and really impressed with it. I apologise in advance but I was rather hoping for some comment on the General Licence fiasco. I’m afraid as a dedicated hunter it’s a black cloud hanging over all my shooting. I’ve used shotguns for 40years but have noticed in the last 5/6 years I’ve shot more with my air rifles - maybe I’m trying to recapture the days of my youth with the Airsporter + Mk3. I’m worried that my current collection of FX’s - BSA - HW + AA’s are going to be made redundant. Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere.

We tend to cover these kinds of issues on the Hot Air UA-cam channel ( we talk about the general licenses on our last video) A lot of firearms and shotgun shooters have discovered the joys and economy of shooting airguns and its great to have another facet of our sport to enjoy. I shoot a BSA Cadet Major sometimes, the old guns are still a lot of fun :)

I was going to get the huntsman regal as it is stunning and fits my needs and it's only £35 more than air arms s410 but I have been told by so many people to steer clear of daystate and get the s410. 3 years on and their reputation still tainted. Such a shame
Daystate have been a bit up and down and I can understand why some people would tell you to steer clear . They need to be consistently reliable and they are not . Air arms are reliable but bottom line , if both guns worked perfectly I'd have another Regal as I love the styling .
