By experience if you see bees with cut wings the hive suffers heavily from varroa needs to be treated immediately. Oxalic acid tapew or solution 45g in 1 lt sugar water is the best working treatment
I don’t get why you have feeders in there with no top (and filled with comb), empty space in bottom box for feeders or frames you removed and just left….this all seems very ill cared for, and i come to watch these because I want to always continue to learn, but I feel that showing beekeepers (and potentially NEW beekeepers) a hive that looks like this is not a good example of a responsible beekeeper.
I'm VERY new at this; Can I see the mites (red dots on the back) on the bees in the video? I will have a basically sealed observation hive, and the only way I can think to inspect them is to look at them very closely, as with a magnifying glass....
All the other signs were good but you could see those bees covered in mites each frame you pulled out. Just by that it looked like probably a 30% mite load or higher.

One in each box?

I would treat for mites and check the mite drop before i kill 300 bees ox 3 times then check 7 days apart
