I honestly don't know how you were able to hit so many rooms. I would've had to have someone with me to literally pull me out of any of those rooms. I'd also have to bring a giant, empty UMCO tacklebox...and about $1000. I'd have been a drooling idiot, looking at all those great old lures!
@@RetroBassin hello my friend happy Saturday how have you been I always enjoy seeing your fishing lures videos I love all of the luers bait there beautiful and amazing to see all different kind of luers I was wondering if you could do video on 1985 1946 and 1952 fishing luers and bait also reels and rods of those years of possible because the year 1946 and 1952 have a special meaning to me thank you my friend
Nice video! I seen a couple of faces I recognize there. Nice pick up on the Clark lures. I have one of those original no eye scouts. Can't wait to see what we find around here in Fall! 🎣🤠👍
20:38 when he opened up that small box I knew it was gonna be some crazy baits those Shakespeare topwater baits are top dollar and so cool. The history behind them is very interesting would love to fish one just to see how it does. This was a great video I would have went broke going in those rooms you know how to control the temptation 😅
Hey bud I hope you have a great great time stay safe God bless I'm in a fishing tournament and I'm sitting out here on the water and watching your video real quick I'm going to order some of your stickers and put one on my bass boat so you'll get more subscribers anyhow God bless God bless
You picked up some great lures there and wow, are those prices good. Did you just score a Blinker for less than it sold for in the 70’s? Man, I wish the West Coast had shows like this. My only source for a lot of vintage tackle is online, mainly eBay where the prices are high. BTW, is the battery still good in the Blinker? LOL keep it old school!

Becoming an NFLCC member is a great, especially when you get their magazine which is full of old school gold!
Have you attended any of these shows, LLP?
@@RetroBassin Not yet but I've been a member for a few years. The hotel looked like a lure museum!

The frogskin bait was a Paw Paw
" Croaker", in Excellent + condition !!! Tough to find them in that condition.
Great episode Chris. Those guys are just full of knowledge. Fun one
Maybe next year you attend NFLCC instead of ICAST haha!
@@RetroBassin maybe we can go together ? Missin ya Bud. The bite is getting good down here. Go watch what we caught with “The Traveling Tackle Bag”
That looks like a lot of fun! First time I have heard of doing something like this! Thank you for sharing bro👍
Been meaning to attend one for a few years. Glad I finally did!
I would be like, "Shut up and take my money!" and end up spending way too much, lol!
Good thing I had the camera to distract me...
Awesome finds Chris! I’d have to bring a wheelbarrow of cash to buy and bring back my funds to the car, lol!
Thankfully I was considering what I could fit in my checked bag...
Impressive
I would love to join this group and and attend these meetups.
Do it!
You should do a video fishing with the bagley bang o lure.
Great idea!

Definitely beats the breaks off eBay prices!
Retro treasure! Up to 100 year old lures that are new in the box condition? I wouldn't be able to resist fishing them.
I only fish the loose lures I happen upon. Most anything still in box stays that way. Unless I would have multiples of something.
@@joshuagibson2520 My kids will moan and groan about it.
Wait till you see next week's episode...
Looks fun
Not a Tatula XT in the place, LOL
Looks cool
More fun than swimmin' with bow-legged women!
Old school Bagley rebels and old spinners
Always looking for old salmon fishing lures/ martins etc……
Have you heard of the bfishn tackle super doo?
If only I could find a Leroy Brown
...for less than $100!
I carry way more cash on my person than I probably should, but sometimes you happen upon opportunity like this!
In rewatching the footage, I could have spent three times as much!
Heddon salmon plugs
Just think Chris, that was the stuff they're willing to sell. Just think of what they have at home!
Hard to even imagine!
Your prolly the only guy buying black shore runts at Nats...them boys are just happy to sell them commons
Steel rods?
What`s the name of smithwick crankbait(around 11:50) ?
