Hi Mate, after watching ya vid and gettin my astra, i've fitted the CC with NO problem at all, got myself an Op-Com to diagnose any codes I or others have and its already proved an invaluable tool. I've also done the remote windows (already on mine), auto door locks on a friends car and he's chuffed to bits. Keep up the fantastic work friend.

Thank you Bluddys Garage, i've follow your video and my cruise is at work! My big problem was install op com on win 10 64 bit, but after two weeks of war i've upload the driver and anything it's all right! ... just for opel's statistics ... my clutch switch was posed ... Zafira B Z19DT - year 2008.

Great guide, got mine working on Zaf B. I don't have sports clocks but can see the cc light on my panel. It doesn't come on when my CC is active, does it have to be switched to present for instrument panel, which route pls? Thanks in advance, keep up the good work
If your Astra fitted with the clutch switch? and does it have a electronic throttle body or a cable? because your going to need the parts off a Cruise control model to make yours work, if you dont have it.

Same here but im having an issue, when i push the top button it accelerates and the bottom i dont even know what that does, i cant get it to stay at a set speed
Careful i just noticed few ads on ebay. They are selling the switch for front, rear and fog lights as cruise control! There is an icon for a speedometer on it but that's for illumination control of the dasboard! Amazing...

I've had my sxi 56 plate all fitted and programmes but not working. Apparently I have to put a wire from clutch switch to somewhere. Any idea how to do it.
Will this work on a half canbus car? Have a Signum built in July 2013 but wanna retrofit the cruise control.
Hi, I found the cabel for clutch switch. It's really hide from unathorised persons.
I had to take of the full cover under the driving wheel and I found this cable behind the Light switch. This cable was rolled on to an another cable, so it was really hard to find it. but it's there

Bless big man, quick question. I have not yet haf a chance to zip up motorway yet but when i push the top button the car just starts accelerating and the bottem one does the same thing. Hi Bluudy, thanks for the terrific Video. Do u know where I can get OP-COM and how can I find my car pass (password) for entering into the program configurations? Which cable you connect your laptop with the CarComputer? Is it OBD 2 CAN BUS?

search around on the internet you can get the opcom and cables all together. the car pass should be with your car service log file. failing that you can contact vauxhall about getting it, but there would be a fee.

Nice video. I’ve actually just used this to help diagnose why my cruise isn’t working.
I’ve got a 2009 Twintop Exclusiv Black which came with cruise as standard, but mine hasn’t worked since I bought the car.
I checked with the diagnostics and found that the Clutch Switch is permanently reading “Active” on the measuring blocks and pushing the clutch makes no difference.
Obviously because the clutch switch is faulty, it’s telling the car the clutch or pressed and hence, the cruise won’t set!
I wasn’t sure if it should show active when the clutch is up, then go inactive when pressed, or visa-versa! This confirmed it should be inactive until pressed!

Hi, I have a Vauxhall asta mk5 made in 2006. I bought a clutch switch and a cruise control arm. I fit the both device, however i didn't find the clutch switch wire. If there is no wire for the clutch switch, how can i get one to there? is an Opel guy able to wire it? or what should i do in order to get Cruise control? Thanks for your answears
I’ve seen with these before if there is no wire then one needs to be installed all the way up to the ECU. And you need check that your Indicator stalk wiring has the wires for the cruise control too.

Hey Daniel, click the other video link in the description box. its a video we made showing how to locate wether you have the switch or not, if you have great, means you can fit cruise control :)
Do you know how i can actvate cruise control with any tool ore software on nissan xetrra i searched every where with out a luck
what version of opcom and which firmware do you have to allow access to the IPC ECU ? I'm on version 1.39 and chine clone2010 and it allows access to all ECUs except IPC where you enable the dash icn.

Where can I bought an opcom like yours? I bought one from alibaba and it does not work with HSCAN. Only SWCAN. It is not broken, the seller confirmed me that it does not work with HSCAN.
I've asked a lot of sellers in alibaba if the opcom that they are selling works with with HSCAN, most does not anwsers back, and some anwsers that all opcoms in china are the same and that it does not work with HSCAN. Yours looks like a china opcom and it works realy well. I have a Astra Z17DTR frm 2008

i honesly couldnt say, but might be worth giving it a go, opcom is like 20 quid and a stalk is about 40. worse case, keep the opcom and sell the stalk?

I have a Zafira sri turbo. Ive just instslled the stalk and programmed it with vauxcom. Everything works fine but the stalk must not be pushing in right, it just pulls out. Do have to use the alen key to push it home?
It should click in place.

tony murrell it's no problem tony. It's really simple to program if you have the switch and the stalk. I'm based near leeds.

I have a mk5 3door 1.9 16v 150, will this work? I have on op com & clutch switch but I don't think there sports clocks . Also I'm only on Windows 10, I have installed the drivers but never used the China software before
You dont need sports clocks. But opcom struggles to work on the newer windows. Try running in xp mode
