For the Cake dough
🔸2 1/2 Cups or 300g flour
🔸1 Tsp or 5ml salt
🔸1 Tsp or 5ml baking soda
🔸1 Tsp or 5ml cocoa powder
🔸1 1/2 Cup or 300g granulated sugar
🔸3 Eggs
🔸1 Cup or 25cl buttermilk or plain yogurt
🔸1 Cup or 25cl vegetable oil
🔸1 Ounce or 20g orange food coloring
🔸1 Tsp or 5ml vanilla extract
🔸1 Tsp or 5ml distilled white vinegar
🔸Zest of 2 lemons
For the Whipped cream
🔻2 Cups or 500g mascarpone cream
🔻1/4 Cup or 50g sugar
🔻1 Tbsp or 15ml vanilla extract

For the Apricot jam
