@@fireemblemaddict128 Every new generation is claimed to be uglier by some. You just don't hear from those who think it improved. The 2023 Hybrid is improved from the 2018-2022. The engine is reconfigured, the motors enlarged, and the management of the system was changed significantly.
I've owned the 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring for several months and love the heck out of this thing. Surprisingly luxurious, especially for a Honda. I will be the first to admit that the exterior is the very definition of bland--almost identical to my previous 2012 Ford Fusion Hybrid. But I live in Houston and personally think driving around in a car sporting a big "steal me" sign is ill-advised. It's the INTERIOR where this thing shines. The ride, the technology and the excellent fit and finish make this car a real winner for me. That, plus a freakin' 44 MPG make the gas wars something I comfortably ignore.
new cars are insanely big, standing next to the brand new BMW X1 it could be as big as the first gen X5. HOLY SHIT I just looked it up and the U11 X1 is 4500 mm long and the E53 X5 is 4667 mm long. That's like one hand's length more.
I agree that modern cars are much larger than in the past, but it doesn't always mean that you get a corresponding amount of backseat room. Generally speaking, I find it difficult to get adequate backseat (and head) room in any car now, especially since manufacturers will pivot that feature onto their SUVs. I haven't seen the new Accord in person but the backseat room looks quite impressive and actually seems to match the proportions of the exterior, so kudos to Honda for that.
@@baldygrey2779 Yeah it's so dumb if manufacturers to remove features from their cars and just have them on SUVs and wonder why SUVs are selling better, although now that I think of it it must be on purpose because SUVs are more profitable than cars and they would like to sell more profitable vehicles the missing spare tire is somewhat of a universal thing going away now sadly and I think that's a mixture of cost cutting and wheels and tires getting bigger so fitting them in the cargo area will make the cargo area smaller, which is what they don't want, they'd rather have a missing spare than smaller cargo area, heck, in the RAV4 you can fit a full size tire in the spare area, the load floor is just a bit higher
They made the car 2.7" longer, but only .4" has been added to rear seat legroom. Other than that, interior and trunk dimensions are unchanged. The new length made the Accord about 1" too long for my garage, so my string of 7 straight leased high end Accords has come to an end. I switched to the Sport Touring CRV hybrid, and haven't regretted it for a moment. Same drivetrain, except my CRV has AWD and weighs more, so its mileage is not as good. The top trim CRV is quieter than my previous 2020 Touring Accord. Off-the-line torque is great in Honda's hybrid, and the CRV corners very surprisingly well. The seat heights for old, stiff knees are infinitely superior to the Accord upon getting in or out...just perfect, in fact. And, yesterday, I was able to get my broken bike into my CRV w/its 76 cu ft rear and get it to a bike repair shop, no muss, no fuss. All in all, I wouldn't even consider trading my Sport Touring CRV for a Touring Accord. (although I miss the HUD and ventilated seats). Did I hear you say this Accord has no Sirius/XM?? I've got it in my CRV, and would hate losing it. Yikes.
I was a bit freaked out by the speeds you were taking those corners at. Then I saw the button for the heated steering wheel and realized you were in Canada, hence kmh not mph. It handles pretty good though. I have the same car / color you drove on the test, less the heated steering wheel that is not available in the US. BTW, have put 1300 miles on the car, averaging 43.5 mpg on mix of city / highway, mostly on eco drive mode. I'm pleased with that.
So weird that the US doesn't have the heated steering wheel. It really depends on where you are in the country. Winters in Wyoming are harsher than in Ontario.
I'm not sure on what basis Honda makes these decisions but I believe that the Civic of last year in Canda also got a few more features over the US version (may have been fog lights). Conversely, the interior ambient lighiting on the Canadian Acura TLX is only available in red...go figure.
I just got the 2023 EXL hybrid, and I absolutely love this car! 💯💯💯 You have three common drive modes economy normal sport, and individual... you can customize wether or not you want a sport steering or normal, everything to even the power train... it's definitely a very luxurious feel, even though it's not a touring... for it being just over 33k there isn't that much differences from the top trim...a very nice relaxing ride with excellent fuel economy... 51 city 48hwy and 44 over all... great car! 12.3 inch screen!
A Traditional Gearshift ⚙️! Praise 👏 the Lord! 😊. But, a map/storage pocket on the back of the passenger seat, and none on the driver's seat! (?)😮 Nice looking ride! 👏💪
@@RoadsUntraveled I went into the dealership for a 21 2.0T sport, ended up leaving with a 23 hybrid sport. If you ignore the slightly worse performance, the new hybrid is definitely the superior car. although if they made the new design with the 2.0T (with mog improvements though, cus the 10th Gen mpgs sucked). or even better the J35 V6. I’d probably trade in early because I like to speed lol
I just completed a roundtrip drive from New Jersey to Cincinnati Ohio totaling 1,244 miles on mostly Interstate highways. I saw many Ford and Chevy pickups but not many Toyota's. Saw many Jeep products, many Nissan Rouges, many prior generation Honda Accords, a few Tesla's and only one 11th generation Honda Accord. The most striking car I saw was the 9th generation Accord with the V6 engine, It just blew me away. It looked so robust and substantial compared to the 11th generation.
The 10th gen body style was was way more aggressive and sporty than this new Accord. And not a single trim level of the 2023 Accord can even come close to matching the performance of the 10th gen Accord 2.0T.
@@RoadsUntravelednot in the least. The front in on the new ones are boring, bland, and definitely can’t compare to the 10th Gen. A blind man could see that. Idk how you Car Reviewers could even say that.
I had that great powertrain. But, to tell the truth, the off-the-line torque on the hybrid is superb, and I'm not missing that powertrain as much as I thought it would.
@@dmcmix1340 What a stupid comment!! It’s a matter of personal preference you idiot. I think the 10th gen looks better too but to call someone blind for thinking this gen looks better is beyond idiotic.
@@lionintu the reason why thaat had a stigma is that it had a higher center of gravity than a liftback. As an analogy, think of a BMW X4 vs a 4 series gran coupe. The Crosstour was like an X4, while a hypothetical Liftour would be like a 4 series gran coupe.

@@shojus I think a lot of people want a hatchback. The civic hatchback sells well. If accord or camry can make a good hatch without messing up like they did the crosstour, they have a buyer. Toyota Venza sells very well, but it doesnt have the interior space like these vehicles.
All these car companies want to copy Audi. The A7 single handedly changed sedan design for the following two generations. You know you look good when everyone is copying. The Accord, Chrysler 200, Stinger, Malibu and a bunch of others were heavily influent by the A7's spectacular design. The problem is, none of these cars look a fraction as sexy as the A7/S7
@@kirkvanvranken3560 I had a 2020 Touring Accord, before I got my 2023 CRV Sport Touring hybrid. The fog lights on my 2020 had become completely superfluous with the LED headlights overwhelming them. No fog lights on the CRV, and I don't miss 'em.
@Don Paul WeatherPLUS Paul Homelink was dropped from the 2023 model. Dimming mirror is included in the upper trim levels, but if you want Homelink as well, it's a dealer installed option at $450 which includes both the auto dimming mirror and Homelink.
I have the 22 accord 2.0 sport. Great car but the right knee room is tight. Hate it. The center console comes up and angles in toward my knee. So I lowered the seat all the way and backed it up a tad. Looks like there is more room on the 23 model.
EV more is only for under 5 mph like parking lots at malls or bumper to bumper traffic. As soon as you ptess on the gas out gets of EV mode. This is not a plug in Hybrid. It only has a small bateau that doesn't last long unless you charge it up with refen braking or engine charging that uses had. There is no MPG rating for EV mode since you won't get much range in that mode. 😂
I've heard from others, all the windows in the Touring trim are double pane, or sound deadening... not just the Windshield. hence the quiet cabin.. is rather Buick like.
I looked at the Honda website for the US. I do not see a touring version with a 17-in wheel option. You mentioned it in your video. Where did you find that as an option?
The Touring does not come with an option for the 17-inch wheels unfortunately. I was speaking about the base 1.5L engine. Hope this helps. "You also get the 17-inch wheels vs. these 19s if you go with the 1.5L turbo, which is the base non-hybrid engine"
I never understood people saying this car looks ugly. Ok subdued maybe. But not really. Maybe relative to other designs it looks more sporty. I think the design speaks to what it is. An easy car you can get into and drive. Car is well thought out so you dont have to. Well done Honda.
I have a 2018 2.0T Touring. I love my car! New updated tech and amenities on the new model notwithstanding, welcome to the more boring Accord. Gone is the character that made the Accord different than other family sedans on the road. It now looks like every other car on the road - Mustang or Taurus grill indeed. The new Accord looks VAG - and NOT in a good way. Now as an added bonus I cannot even get the more powerful engine. What a missed opportunity!!! Most reviewers seem to be really trying to be even remotely excited about this new Accord. One reviewer said the looks are "not offensive" - wow... now there's a ringing endorsement! I'm not just stating this from the reviews I've seen. I've seen one in person at my local Honda dealer and folks it does NOT get better in person. It's strange (maybe not so strange) that if one wants to get the driving excitement I currently enjoy in my 2018 one must buy an Accura if one wants to stay in the Honda family......It seems as though the Honda engineers have said with this generation, "You know that driving excitement thing we offered in the 2.0T equipped models - especially with the Touring, we were just JOKING! No fun for you!" This feels like a step backwards!!!! Hey Honda: hope you are reading this... in baseball parlance, the 10th gen was a home run. This generation feels like a weak grounder to the pitcher only to be thrown out at first. No way I will spend my hard earned $ on this dog. I'll pass!
I have a 2020 2.0T as well and I think that is the right move. I don't know how people could say that this Accord with its lazy, watered-down hybrid CVT combo is somehow an improvement over the old Touring and Sport models with the 2.0T and 10-speed. The 2.0T had 50 more horsepower than this, and even at 252 it still feels like 270-280 with all the low end torque and the responsive powertrain. The outgoing 2.0T really feels like the closest thing to Accord Type-R we'll ever get.
I've got a 2015 v6 sedan. I just came back from a business trip (leaving from the mid-west and heading east), topping my tank off in Eastern Illinois before I left and then stopping again for gas just East of Pittsburgh. The gas light was on, with 43 miles of estimated range remaining. My car was packed with clothes and the necessary gear to make a 6 week stay comfortable. I'd love to have some of the tech in the newer cars, but for performance and fuel economy, I really can't justify replacing what I have. They need to bring back the v6 and pair it up with a plug-in hybrid system. It should have 400hp with 40-50 miles of EV only range.
Except for being what your granddaddy used, I don't see any reason why the shifter+trigger is better than the buttons. Advantages of the buttons: 1) You don't need to activate two devices (the trigger and the shifter) to change settings. 2) Once you learn them (2 days to a week), the settings you need, when you shouldn't look, are easier to find without looking. Swipe your hand down the array with slight pressure with your button finger, and it falls right on the "R" button. If you know about where the D button is (with less accuracy than what is needed for the shifter+trigger, since you have to get your whole hand on it correctly to push the trigger), it has a large raised rim that you find naturally, and that guides you to the center of the button. 3) You don't need to move thru intermediate settings to get to the one you want (i.e., "count stops or clicks"). 4) They are less in the way. As in, not in the way at all. 5) They allow several "automatic shifts" to occur. When you turn the car off, open a door, or any of several "illegal shift" operations, it shifts into park (or sometimes neutral) by itself. Advantages of the shifter: 1) They are arranged in the same order. 2) Peer pressure suggests you are "cooler" if you say you like it better.
more electrical stuff means more stuff to break down, and considering that this is a vital component of the car i dont want to constantly think about that
@@noviak4143 The shifter is just a multi-step switch, making the exact same electrical connections. Except that it has extra parts to make it feel like a mechanical shifter, and it has to move thru the switch settings you don't want whenever you use it. So it is more likely to break down.
I have a Honda Accord 10th gen with the buttons. They are annoying. Still to this day I have to look down and REALLY make sure I put it in park, as neutral feels exactly the same as park and is located in the same area. There were occasions where I did accidentally put it in neutral, intending for park, but luckily I realized in time. It doesn't shift into park if I open the door. An actual shifter gives you resounding feedback of what gear you're in. There are people who've actually died because of these electronic shifter designs and I wish they would go away. It's a very hazardous and non-intuitive way to control one of the most important and potentially dangerous functions in the whole car. It's not a matter of being "cool", it's a matter of public safety.
i finally understand this 2023 accord. you get a whole lot of car for the price, and this is the Honda you can easily drive to 400K miles with the hybrid drivetrain. K20 2.0 n/a with electric motors driving the wheels instead of a transmission is genius. the only thing that is a better value for the money will be the CR-V sport touring hybrid.
For a 40k car, they cut a lot of corners with this car. No night light in the cabin, no panoramic sunroof, no auto start on the key fob, a small wheel for better fuel on an EV, a blah body style, and the charging pad orientation will cause your phone to slide around when you turn like a 19-year-old, gloss black at the gear shifter to get scratch on the first day. The headlight doesn't turn in the direction you're turning into. Yes, I'm nitpicking. For better fuel, you lose all these things, but you get a B+ sound system that I like, and the same Google you have on your phone. In the 2023 Toyota Camry XSE, you get everything this car is missing for the same price. But the Bose system, the EV 3 engine system, a quiet cabin, digital display, and Goole are good trades lol. I guess they will fix these things in the next 3 years of this platform. I'll wait until this car depreciates before I buy one.
I do suppose that to replace the line at the bottom of the side profile, Honda put back that line above the door handles, similar to that line on the 8th gen
They say hondaconnect sux and niissan carplay is seanless. Last Accord was handsome this one needs an icemaker in the door like all the rest besides the 2020-2022.
Another great video! I really hate this generation in the looks department, specifically the back end. But thats just me 🤙They arent going to offer the 2.0L turbo in any trim model?
It's gone. Just 1.5 turbo base model or this hybrid drivetrain. Which is a bit crazy because the Accord 1.5L makes 192HP, just 8 less than the Civic SI. 247 lb-ft in the hybrids is enough in 80% of scenarios
Carlos Ortiz stop being a brokie and go for real wealth instead of faking high Status just because you want to impress your neighbor you don’t even like in the first place🙄
Still choose my 2013 ford fusion Energi titanium over this, nice car, but the fusions hybrids has basically every function this car has, with its aston martin grilll.
Individual mode, without the adaptive dampers....lame AF. The 4-way lumbar deletion, the door card trim which actually looked like open pore wood, no satellite radio... Chassis rigidity lol. Same chassis, same suspension w slight geometry adjustments and slightly more adhesives I'm sure. The last gen had laminated front door glass in addition to the windshield...
They have made this a large Civic now. Sad just sad. Most boring interior ever. Last gen was amazing with wood grain interior, just felt luxury. This just screams cost cutting and big civic.
The buttons are not intuitive. Formerly working for rental car company, I can tell you customers hated those vehicles when they got in them. Why. You got a car full of kids in a strange new city, driving an unfamiliar car. You don't want to have to look down when you have to change gears you should be able to grab it and go.
I have owned 3 accords. No doubt a very good ride. But took a pass on this one because of the bland exterior. Also too much gloss black interior trim...always a cheap look. And although people get really excited over an infotainment screen, in this case it is a bit overwhelming for this sedan. Plus that tiny volume button is a head shaker and again screams cheap.
Same here...have driven Accords for 30 years and I am passing on this generation. Getting less and paying more and looking like a bore. No thanks. I saw the Asian version, a much better vehicle with panoramic roof etc.
OK, here's the deal. The driver's seat area is SMALLER than the previous generation!! How do we know? My partner had a 2020 Accord Touring. His lease was up this month. We went to our local Honda dealership (real jerks, but for another post) and sat in a Hybrid Sport (no Touring models available for weeks!). Can't fit into the car. The driver's seat is sitting on a power seat track that is 2 inches shorter, to make room for the hybrid lithium batteries under the floorboard. My partner is 6'3" and knees bent in an uncomfortable position. Salesman was trying to make a deal (only $2000 ABOVE MSRP) and we left!!!! He is now driving a 2023 Toyota Camry XLE AWD and loves the ride and comfortable seats (he's not a tech Geek who doesn't care about the new bells and whistles).
Steve thanks for the info I have a 2016 Accord running like a champ (over 140) so I guess pass on this one as I would not fit either. Camry big enough good to know. I am in NJ also yes dealers are jerks they think I can't do math & try to rip me off, I walk just like you guys did.
The problems I find with the 2023 Honda Accord: 1. No All Wheel Drive is available 2. No heated steering Wheel is available 3. No spare tire is available 4. No XM Radio (in USA). If a 2023 or 2024 car missing all of these features is fine for you, then get one. Hopefully, by the time 2025 comes around these glaring deficiencies will be resolved.
In Canada a heated leather steering is standard on Sport Hybrid and above. I'm guessing because it's generally colder up here. Even though half of the year half of the USA is much colder than it is here in Vancouver. Most people in most scenarios don't benefit from AWD, that's just the truth. I'd still like to see it though.
In the US No amount of money can make a heated steering wheel available. I have it on my car now (a 2015 Chrysler 200) and it is a surprise and delight to use on a cold day. The lack of a heated steering wheel is not fatal to me considering a Honda, it is disappointing. What about NO Spare Tire? A few years back I had a 2009 Cadillac CTS without a spare, just a can of shaving cream to use in case I got a flat. Three days after I picked up the Cadillac I ran over a piece of metal in the road. It cut a 1 inch gash in the sidewall. When I tried to use the shaving cream it squirted out of the tire. I pressed the Onstar button for help and it took 4 hours for any help to arrive and when they towed the car they did damage to the transmission. I will NEVER buy a car that does not have a spare tire again, so help me god. I listen to XM Radio all the time. Why can't I get XM Radio on a Honda? Regarding the lack of 4 wheel drive, My house is located on a hill and on a snowy and icy day i really need the 4 wheel option to get in and out. So until comments 1, 3 & 4 are resolved, Honda is on my AVOID List. I could live without #2 by putting on gloves.
They put bigger 19" wheels on it. They sound let you choose which wheel size to use if you have a hybrid and want the better gas mpgs. 17s will get better mpgs but the car isn't a sexy with 17s. Just leave it in ECO mode and I'll beat the ratings if you know how to coast to re-gen and ,dont punch the gas pedal and use the paddles to regenerate better to use more battery instead of gas.
Who uses a hybrid to go up and down a mountain on the reg. I face something of a giant a few times a month. It has taken out cars and trucks for as long as I can remember. My apprehension comes from a childhood memory of my mother, sister and I being stranded untill late into the night. I could see my mother's normal calm demeanor change and joyful eyes become fearful as darkness fell. Eventually my father and Uncle arrived and suddenly everything was fun again. I have heard that hybrids after completing their battery can struggle on long steep grades. Like the one to reach Gorman California.
‘They’ve really eliminated any extra lines here that could get in the way of just making your eyes focus on what their supposed to be focusing on..which I guess just is the car as a whole.’ THIS is the problem I have with the new body style. They took all the style away. 👀🤷♂️🥲💯‼️😡

This reviewer needs a well written script, then stick to it. He talks in circles and not in depth. I quit the moment he said that Honda dropped the wood trim on the dash and pointed /caressed the door. Honestly, I only clicked because of the red color.
Easily the most disappointing Accord. The highlight of this car is the peppy and efficient engine. Afterwards its steps backwards for it. The styling is bland, like Toyota used to do.
U.S. CRV Sport Touring hybrid does have a heated steering wheel and, of course, AWD.

I just got the 2023 EXL hybrid, and I absolutely love this car! 💯💯💯
You have three common drive modes economy normal sport, and individual... you can customize wether or not you want a sport steering or normal, everything to even the power train... it's definitely a very luxurious feel, even though it's not a touring... for it being just over 33k there isn't that much differences from the top trim...a very nice relaxing ride with excellent fuel economy... 51 city 48hwy and 44 over all... great car! 12.3 inch screen!
When it first came out I was disappointed, but after seeing it in person it's pretty sexy, especially in all black.
Great review! I was aghast when I first saw the redesign, but I must say it's growing on me. Looks clean.
I really like the look of new hondas.
As do I.
A Traditional Gearshift ⚙️! Praise 👏 the Lord! 😊. But, a map/storage pocket on the back of the passenger seat, and none on the driver's seat! (?)😮 Nice looking ride! 👏💪
No one will drive like this guy
How can you not feel the difference with the adaptive dampers? The whole chassis stiffens up and it really makes a difference with aggressive driving.
I'll keep the 2020 with the 2.0T. This needs 50 more horses.
Need is a strong word ;) The goal with a hybrid is maximum efficiency. I see the 2.0T and Hybrid buyers as two very different people.
You can't go backwards. This is running acceleration numbers on par with a 2002 Accord V6. The Accord will be dead after this generation is my guess.
It won’t be lol.Mpg is superior to hp.Unless you prefer like 300-500 hp and 15 mpg
@@SFAvgeek 15,000 miles the difference is a grand a year in gas
@@RoadsUntraveled I went into the dealership for a 21 2.0T sport, ended up leaving with a 23 hybrid sport. If you ignore the slightly worse performance, the new hybrid is definitely the superior car. although if they made the new design with the 2.0T (with mog improvements though, cus the 10th Gen mpgs sucked). or even better the J35 V6. I’d probably trade in early because I like to speed lol
It has no gimmicks so I like it.
Test drove one & really would love it as my daily driver.
of course you would it's an accord.
I like the clean new look. Never was a fan of a bunch of fake chrome.
The 10th gen body style was was way more aggressive and sporty than this new Accord. And not a single trim level of the 2023 Accord can even come close to matching the performance of the 10th gen Accord 2.0T.
Of course subjective but the front end of the new Accord looks way better than the previous generation.

What Honda should consider is to make a wagon or liftback version of Accord. Maybe call it Accord Liftour and Accord Wagontour
What about Accord Crosstour
@@lionintu the reason why thaat had a stigma is that it had a higher center of gravity than a liftback. As an analogy, think of a BMW X4 vs a 4 series gran coupe. The Crosstour was like an X4, while a hypothetical Liftour would be like a 4 series gran coupe.
They definitely won't be making any other versions of a car that already doesn't sell well. Sedans are a thing of the past unfortunately, cause I happen to prefer them.

You can get the auto dimming mirror with homelink as a dealer installed option...$450. I'm disappointed they removed that feature as well.
@@dp2502 Really? I have the dimming mirror in my 2023 CRV Sport Touring hybrid standard.
LESS ROOM -- see my post about driver's seat on smaller track to make room for batteries under floorboard!
I have a 2024 EX-L, I’m 6’7” and this accord has leg room for miles. It’s outstanding
How is the noise in the cabin?
All the reviews said it's much quieter now compared to prior generations
What is the mileage range in EV only mode? Beautiful car.
Well done Honda.
not too bad not too bad 👍👍
I'll pass!
Correct. It's now 100% appliance
better fuel economy=more range
I have been leasing Accords since 2007. The lease for my 2020 Sport 2.0T is up in October. I'm definitely buying off the lease.
Leasing. Not too smart
Thanks for the great review, in your opinion what is the best color on the Honda Accord ???
Does anybody else think it kind of looks like a late model Taurus/sho from ford at the front 1/4 panel, headlight and front bumper
No
Looks more like an Audi to me
Except for being what your granddaddy used, I don't see any reason why the shifter+trigger is better than the buttons.
Advantages of the buttons:
1) You don't need to activate two devices (the trigger and the shifter) to change settings.
Advantages of the shifter:
1) They are arranged in the same order.
2) Peer pressure suggests you are "cooler" if you say you like it better.
Lmao no. For example in tahoes the shifter looks good and it makes you feel like your driving a car. Pressing buttons feels lame and boring.
more electrical stuff means more stuff to break down, and considering that this is a vital component of the car i dont want to constantly think about that
@@noviak4143 The shifter is just a multi-step switch, making the exact same electrical connections. Except that it has extra parts to make it feel like a mechanical shifter, and it has to move thru the switch settings you don't want whenever you use it. So it is more likely to break down.
So annoying they went backwards ! I thought that was stupid as well
I have a Honda Accord 10th gen with the buttons.
The last design was better. Honda isn’t doing much in the design realm these days.
How cool would it be with a K20C1 and a six speed manual?
I do suppose that to replace the line at the bottom of the side profile, Honda put back that line above the door handles, similar to that line on the 8th gen
Great stuff. Can you do a 6 month or 1 year update later?
Unfortunately not! Just a week-long loan for the review.

Another great video! I really hate this generation in the looks department, specifically the back end. But thats just me 🤙They arent going to offer the 2.0L turbo in any trim model?
I don’t think soo basically that’s the type r engine .
It's gone. Just 1.5 turbo base model or this hybrid drivetrain. Which is a bit crazy because the Accord 1.5L makes 192HP, just 8 less than the Civic SI. 247 lb-ft in the hybrids is enough in 80% of scenarios

They have made this a large Civic now. Sad just sad. Most boring interior ever. Last gen was amazing with wood grain interior, just felt luxury. This just screams cost cutting and big civic.
Subaru is dropping the ball hard but Honda is not doing much better. Doing away with the V6, the turbo 2.0, the manual, it sucks.
A bit too late for that shape !
Audi and others already introduced similar modals years back.
best car,
Touring badge but no heated steering wheel nor fog lights; it’s ridiculous at that price point.
Wireless carplay is a must tbh. But that's interesting since the accord has more legroom.

I’m 6’7” and barely fit in 2023 Camry. I have leg room for miles in my 2024 accord. I have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about
The super long front overhang makes the car looking ridiculous.

Why is the fuel economy so crap, my Civic from 2016 gives me between 70mpg (combined city) and 83mpg (only motorway)
46k plus tax. My god.
All sedans should be liftbacks.
Far from Audi or Acura. 40k for 204 hp with no heated steering wheel, home link auto dim mirror, sit on the floor passenger seat or AWD.

At 0:18 seconds, he says "Honda would like you to believe this is an all new vehicle". That's when I paused the video and stopped watching.
You can get a comparable Subaru with AWD for cheaper.

Easily the most disappointing Accord. The highlight of this car is the peppy and efficient engine. Afterwards its steps backwards for it. The styling is bland, like Toyota used to do. The interior is a modest improvement only. The powerful engine is no more too. Civic is Hondas good looking car by comparison.
