What always astounds me is the attempt of Christians to tell Jews who have kept scriptures intact in their original context and meaning how to interpret scripture.
It's called CHUTZPAH...MOXIE...ARROGANCE!

AS for sacrifices, your own scrolls of the Torah might mention in Leviticus 23 the "appointed feasts of the Lord". You might notice they all require blood sacrifice : for Passover and First-fruits _"you shall offer a male lamb a year old without blemish as a burnt offering to the Lord"_ , for the feast of weeks _"seven lambs a year old without blemish, and one bull from the herd and two rams, as a burnt offering to the Lord. "And (verse 19) you shall offer one male goat for a sin offering, and two male lambs a year old as a sacrifice of peace offerings."_ For the feasts of trumpets, Yom Kippur and booth is to be offered _"an offering by fire"_ , which as you know has to be a sacrificed animal.
So if you "didn't change anything", where do you go to offer your sacrifices?

And passover Lamb has nothing to do with sacrifice or atonement. See exodus 8:20-22. Egypt had death penalty for killing the lamb as they worshipped it as a pagan G-d. Was an act of the righteous before the 10th plague to kill and eat a lamb and smeared on the door posts to show we rank G-d above Egypt.

His only goal is to protect the system that gives him power and prestige, but He's constantly twisting Scripture to misrepresent Christian faith. One of the problems with Christianity is that most Christian Sunday sermons are either solely about the New Testament or are Joel Osteen style sermons that have very little to do with either the New or Old Testament. Most of Joel Osteen type sermons resemble improved Tony Robbins motivational type lectures on how to be successful in life.
Deuteronomy 4:2 basically says not to substitute Joel Osteen type material for the Old Testament as Joel Osteen type sermons support Christianity’s adulterous & idolatrous worship of idols, money & financial success.
The reason the Old Testament is so important is that the Old Testament is more or less a history book of the human race. And if you don’t learn from history, you are doomed to repeat the same mistakes you have made in the past. The main problem with the New Testament is that in terms of a history book, it only goes back to the time of JC. The New Testament just doesn’t cover a very long time period. The Old Testament goes back to creation of the universe and covers a much larger time frame.
The big question is about whether or not Christians should be worried in the least.
The answer is found in Isaiah 27:1 with the Leviathan representing Christianity. G - - always lives up to His promises.

Paul most likely doesn't make the comparison with Christ in 1Corinthians7:7 because Paul _repeatedly_ writes that Christ is the Bridegroom of the Church, and that role is his exclusively.

@@ThefrenchFranz I studied Comparative Religion in a Catholic University where a Seminarian short of 2 years (11 years of seminary ) becomes a priest, taught us that the Catholics canonized the NT and wrote mostly what is in the NT in Greek(old), then in Latin and then to all other languages picked up by other denominations. If you have a Catholic priest nearby, ask him.These information are withheld from public, I supposed. But I got it from the horses mouth.

I love rabbi Tovia, but no evidence anywhere that Jesus was married. No matter what standards may have existed among Jews, these expectations were frequently dismissed by Paul. Paul was an arrogant and self-absorbed man and wanted all of the attention to be on him more than Jesus. Of course he is going to say “be like me.”

If he was married, the wife would have been among those who accompanied him to the cross, and at least, she would have been part of the group of women who went to the tomb three days after his death. I believe no wife is mentioned in the gospels' recount of these events

It claims that Paul told false stories about her just for the sake of casting her away (like he also did to Peter, Barnabas and John the Just Jesus' brother from Mary) while he makes himself the center of the new religion

When he comes, he will enter all synagogues, yeshivas and kollels in Israel and will bring profound teachings of the TORAH and will settle all disputes between Torah scholars and the Jewish people.
He will also weed out those who are not real Jews and real rabbis. All those who don't deserve to be in the Holy land will be destroyed.
He will cleanse the entire land of idolaters, heretics, atheists and evil doers etc. Many will fight him but he will fight back using the power of the TORAH burning them to their deaths.

Many people think 'nations' mean non Israelite but that is wrong for the promise Almighty God made to Abraham was that many nations would bless themselves by means of the seed of Abraham. In the second coming the prophetic purpose of the crucifixion was fulfilled and a new birth was to take place by the High Priest linage as foretold in Matthew 1:22, 23 when the Son of God is named Emmanuel meaning when translated 'With Us Is God.
If the power of God was with his anointed in His first coming they could not have crucified him. In the second coming by the power of the Most High God anyone who opposed the King and High Priest who was Melchizedek, is Melchizedek and will be Melchizedek for all eternity will rule over earth very soon. That was the reason for crucifixion it was for the anointed birth of the Messiah as Hebrews 1:6 and Revelation 12:5 and Genesis 49:25. And much of the book of Isaiah.
But Yeshua / Yesus / Jesus is not a descendent of David.
Because Yosef / Joseph who Descended of David.
And Jesus is not Son Joseph.
Not by blood.
If you read the Bible, Jesus is a LEVI.
Because Mother Marry is a Levi, descendent of Aaron the brother of Moshe / Moses.
And Only the Blood of Levi & Aaron can be a High Priests.
So Jesus is the Messiah of spiritual = High Priest.
Not as Messiah means King like JEWS think.

Jesus was not christian he was 100% jews. In the same way, a city is not HaShem simply because a prophet refers to it with Ha Kadosh Baruch Hu's name, neither is the Messiah, However, they both share a mission of exemplifying that HaShem is righteous.

righteousness of HaShem.

Concerning Zecharia 6:13, most English translations say "and He" instead of "and there" will be a priest on his throne making it seem like they're the same person. The ESV is the only one I have that translates it to read Branch and priest as two different people. So either translators are up to no good, or Rabbi Singer only managed to sneak into homes with ESV Bibles and scribble that in there!

When Yeshua was dying on the Cross, he uttered, "Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani," meaning, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” There have been varying interpretations as why Yeshua said this. Some have argued he said it because at that moment-on the Cross-he genuinely felt (or suddenly realized) that God had abandoned him-and therefore God must indeed have abandoned him...and therefore Yeshua must NOT have been the Messiah. This interpretation has been presented by some nonbelieving Jews, and also by some atheists. It's really hard to blame them for this interpretation, since this utterance by Yeshua-on it's face-certainly doesn't seem to support him being the Messiah. On it's face, it casts doubt on Yeshua being Messiah. Possibly for that reason, some in the early Christian church developed a rationalization (an apologia) for why Yeshua uttered those particular words: They argued that yes-God actually did abandon him at that moment--but He did so because at that very moment Christ took on all the sins of the world.; all sin in the world was suddenly absorbed by, and concentrated in, one man. And (so the argument goes), this was unbearable for God to look down upon-so God abandoned Yeshua at that moment; as if this momentary abandonment was a necessary part of God's plan. Please read Psalm 22 in its entirety. At Christ's time, when Jews read various Psalms in the synagogue, etc., each Psalm was known not by a number, but by its opening verse. So when Yeshua cried out “Eli, Eli lama sabachthani,” it was (to the learned men present) the equivalent of crying out “Psalm 22!” Then, and only then, would those learned men make the mental connection between the things that were written in the Psalm-and the things that were unfolding before their very eyes. Christ uttered those words to awaken and convict them. Even as he was dying, he was still teaching.

Oh and Christ was like Moses and Melchizedek in that he fulfills both the political and priestly offices. This role became separate when Moses appointed Aaron High Priest to fulfill the religious duties, and Joshua succeeded Moses to carry out the governmental duties. Aaron ofcourse had successors as did Joshua which eventually led to Israel having kings like those other nations around them(1Samuel8:19-22).
Christ combines these two offices again in the authority he bestows on Peter and those who succeed him in Matthew16:16-19. That is why a direct reference is made with Isaiah22:22 where Shebna is replaced by Eliakim as Hezekiah's prime minister(political authority). This also reinforces the Isaiah7:14 prophecy being about Christ because Christ _links himself directly_ with king Hezekiah.
Christ claiming that Peter had received a direct revelation or oracle(Romans3:2) from God in Matthew16:17 concerning his messiahship, linked Peter directly with the High Priest(religious authority). As certain revelations or oracles from God were only revealed directly to the High Priest using the urim and thummim, but even these weren't always necessary for the High Priest(John11:49-53).
@Devorah Abrahamsdotter - The word hā·‘al·māh is only used two other times in Tanakh to describe specific individuals, Miriam(Moses' sister) in Exodus2:8 and Rebekah(Issac's wife) in Genesis24:43. Both of whom according to Jewish tradition were virgins(Genesis24:16).
Isaiah and his wife already had a son(Sher-jashub) when he uttered the prophetic words to king Ahaz, it's much more likely that the young woman related to by Isaiah in Isaiah7:14 was Abijah(2Chronicles29:1) Hezekiah's mother. Who like Miriam and Rebekah would have also been a young virgin before she conceived Hezekiah.
Regarding your other points, Judaism does indeed teach that a messianic figure will die for the nation of Israel(Zechariah12:10), but it believes in two messianic type figures. The one who is martyred they refer to as Moshiach ben Yosef, and your own sages compare his death with the slaying of the evil inclination. Which is basically just the Jewish concept of original sin.
Your sages also claim that after his death the prominence that the Jews enjoyed will be transferred to the Gentiles. All of which happened ofcourse after the death and resurrection of Christ.

WOW! This is very interesting news to hear how you break this down - especially the part of Paul's writings always including "be like Christ". Years ago i dismissed the concept of his marriage to Mary when it was in a large volume set i had purchased and returned even because i disagreed. Yet now I've only recently wondered this again because i have been using the free family tree search provided by the Latter Day Saints Church of Jesus Christ where i stumbled into Mary of Magdala and Jesus after finding Aminadab bar Joshua Desposyni 5th Grail king [what ever that is]. This time i'm not so quick to dismiss this information because the Lord has been showing me signs and miraculous wonders beyond all possible comprehension i can muster. Not sure how this will be received but as an observant Muslim I have noticed a pattern in many of the questions presented here that has raised my curiosity. In Islam I am very taken with the scriptural injunction to "be Holy as God your Father is Holy". So many of the questions, however, seem to address how a Messianic personage would straddle the line between the Holy and the Profane. The conclusion I draw, then, is that most querents are seeking a Messianic figure to model how they can they can profess Holiness while indulging in the profane. Alternately, there are also those who seem to believe that a Messianic figure would perform a kind of "spiritual magic" producing a worldwide peace in spite of our natures. Thoughts?

Let us, perhaps, suppose a Messiah presents to the World. What is the expected outcome? Our Earth is less than 5 Billion years old.
