DUDE, THAT CHRIS GUY IS A GENIUS. He said everything I've been thinking about for years in regards to meditation. Particularly, the part about:
"If you can get interested in your breath, you can get fascinated by anything." Boredom, dissatisfaction, grief are not things that should be a default in our brain. You SHOULD be able to watch paint dry for hours and be completely content and happy. A rock doesn't get bored. Bugs dont get bored. This is not something we have to just suffer through. We should be able to have perfect peace in this moment without any stimuli, person, place, or thing.

This video added to my knowledge: - we tend to do things that we will not be proud of later in the life, so every activity should begin with this question in mind which might naturally gravitate people towards doing more meaningful things in life. Also we need to change the dopamine secretion mechanism by learning to pay attention without judging if it is interesting or boring and therefore making it an inconsequential part of our physical brain... Good video 😊

I made some bullet point for myself as student it think it will help.
Reasons to why increasing your focus on task is must:
    1. our body custom too high level of stimulation
    2. we are natural distracted
    3. you need 25 min too get in the zone too focus
    4. the work you want too do is boring you must improve focus to accomplish something
Tools that may help you increase focus:
    1. everything that distract you from the task must be avoided : phone, computer, mass and so own.
    2. meditation. thinking on one thing in your mind
    3. try too improve your interest on the subject by knowing your goals.
sorry for the languages, writing summaries help me improve :)
