Or use complex rythms like 7/4 that way people will guess im moving in 4/4 or 8/4 and the "missing beat" makes them lose the timing
Absolutely, I'm only just getting into mma training but I've been playing fighting games at a professional level since 2012, casual before then, and musical knowledge to help with rythym shifts and mindgaming has always been one of the most underlooked aspects.

In a 120bpm song in 4/4 you clap 4 times each bar, and each bar lasts 1 second... 7/4 means i clap 7 times each bar... If i change the bpm i can do it faster or slower most fighters move in 2/4 or 4/4 mostly because its the easiest most natural way of moving arround(counting 1,2,1,2 or 1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4... )3/4 is like dancing a waltz... You would clap 3 times each bar... Ive seen some taekwondo fighters move like this, and sometimes fighters like ali or bruce lee used it for their footwork... To count 7/4 you have to count 1,2,3,4,1,2,3 or, 1,2,3, 1,2,3,4... Wich means the other fighter will sync in with either a 3/4 or a 4/4... And suddenly, your rythms seems to break because there is either one extra beat or one less beat... A good tactic is to mix them up... You start in 4/4... Your oponent is reading your rythm... You engage one or 2 bars in 4/4 and then change to 7/4... The oponent gets confused by the missing beat, and when you reach the count of 4 he suddenly feels you are back in rythm, to find a missing beat again... You change into 3/4, now he starts reading your rythm again from 0... When he is used to it, you change into 7/4 again, now counting first to 3... He now gets confused by the extra beat... Repeat that again... And then maybe change from one type of 7/8 to the other every bar... Counting 1,2,3,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,1,2,3 1 2 3 4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3... And again mix it up... The nice thing about it is that you dont need to go faster and slower to make them miss you or hit them first... You can add that, but is not needed.... There are other rythms you can use... The weirder the rythm the better... Take an hindu rythm or something like that, people will think you move too randomly

I think TJ Dillashaw, Dominick Cruz, & Israel Adesanya fight in both stances really well. Those two in my opinion are the best stance switchers (If that’s a phrase used in MMA) in the UFC right now. It’s really a beautiful thing to see in the octagon. And a lot of fighters are beginning to put that in their arsenal.
there are few boxers that do pendulum steps as way to shift in boxing also. Khan did it a few times in his last fight on Saturday, usyk lomachenko training partner does it, Tyson also did it using the d'mato technique.
Panda's Void experience...the more you train the more you're going to get used to pushing yourself...and the comfort in your stance is going to come from throwing strikes from it every day and sparring

I’ve been wanting to do MMA all my life but there’s no gym close by. Right now I do Muay Thai and boxing so should I join a bjj class so I’m doing all three or travel to the MMA gym and quit all three for MMA .

the blue wolf just my random opinion, as far as wanting to kick higher you could look at various leg stretches and every couple days assess you progress by putting you leg up on a bar or the wall and see how high you can go, slightly near the point till you can go no further up and just hold it there a couple seconds, then slowly bring it down(make sure you vary the stretches like way you would throw kicks i.e. front kick, side kick..etc), take a break and repeat a couple of sets. Once you reach a point where you can throw your legs up high easily, then start integrating your kicking techniques.. throw some plyometrics (jump squats, power Skips, etc..) for an extra pop, use a heavy bag and practice heavy hard ass kicks too, Shane has a video on kicking harder as well, check it out!
JigNesh SOlanki I don’t have the cash for a pair of bag gloves, so I run just wraps for the most part. Wrap them correctly, and they work pretty well. However, don’t get too overzealous. I’ve hit too hard and injured my wrist once or twice. Practice technique forst

Most traditional, if not practically all traditional dojos enforce weapons training. Arguably for good reason. View it as an extension of one's self. Sure it may seem like excessive violence, but you never know what type of situation you may be in where it could be necessary. Also can be looked at as a very beautiful art from that you can apply to the rest of your training as a martial artist/student. I learned how to use knives as well, including other weapon usages and it really elevated my perspective on things

Challenge the leader of them to a fair fist fight a real gypsy wont back down and after it the dispute should be settled and there will be a mutal respect....but on the other hand it might not, but this is a chance you will have to take, no one should ever have to live there life in fear, it takes great courage and guts to stand up to a bully and yes it can be scary, but once you over come that your life could be at ease, just remember never lower your guard and never take your eyes off your opponent and if more than 1 comes at you.....pick up a fucking weapon and smash them with it

This was a really helpful video, thanks for posting. I think it's important to mention Lomachenko's bumps, pivots, shifts aren't just limited to quarter turns though. He also has a bump that takes him 180 degrees and lands him right behind his opponent. i learned the hard way. this kid knew good muay thai and i only knew boxing at the time and i got destroyed. kick boxing will help a lot. try some grappling too. good luck man

Kicking higher will ultimately come from practicing the kick and figuring out details about your technique that you dont even know to look for rn...
