- We recreated 5 secret ingredient soups from Kung-Fu Panda to test a couple of our recators to see if we could fool them!

Recipe:
COOKING STEPS NOODLES:

-Combine 4 cups flour, ½ tsp salt, and 250 ml of water (just over 2 cups) and knead on low speed until a smooth dough is formed.
-Once combined into a smooth dough, divide dough into 4 equal parts.
-Flatten each piece in a rectangular shape with a rolling pin, less than ½ cm thick.
-Brush oil on each piece and place on a tray. Cover and leave to rest for an hour and a half.
MAKING THE BROTH
COOKING STEPS:
6 cups chicken stock
3 tbsp sesame oil
4x garlic cloves, smashed
1x 1in piece ginger
4 tbsp Xiao cooking wine
5x dried shiitake mushrooms
Place broth ingredients in a stock pot over high heat. Cover and bring to a simmer once simmered, reduce to medium and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
DIFFERENT BOWLS:
Bowl 1- Ash - chives, chili crunch, daikon radish, pork belly
Bowl 2- Kimmy - chicken, truff hot sauce, bok choy
Bowl 3- Michael - aburaage, mushrooms, kimchi
Bowl 4- Ember - MSG, glitter, shrimp, beansprouts
Bowl 5- Nicole - soft-boiled egg, green onion, pickled ginger, yuzu furikaka

If you put a hand towel under the cutting board it wont move around too much. not sure dry or damp but it helps.
