  • 2 eggs
    2 full tbsp yogurt
    1/2 tsp of salt
    A tsp baking powder
    Flavor of your choice: I used onion powder, basil and dried parsley
    Separate the egg yolks and whites
    Froth the egg whites with salt and baking powder with an electric mixer until they reach a consistency
    Mix the egg yolks with yogurt with a hand mixer until they reach a smooth consistency
    Add the spices for the aroma
    Lastly, I gently mix the two mixtures together with a spatula
    ⏲️ Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C, for 12 min
    Tips;
    💫 Use the eggs from room temperature
    💫 Beat the egg whites until they reach the consistency (showed in the video)
    💫 Bake under control (remove when they are golden brown enough)
