Her neighbor is just a jerk! He did not need to mow during her party, he only mowed to annoy her.

The Plaintiff should just put up a privacy fence. That’s probably the only solution. And maybe she can have the construction stop a bit earlier, or at least the louder parts of the construction.

Christ I guess people can sue over whatever these days. Not saying the defendant was right, but he has the right to mow his lawn when he pleases. She's such a baby

The first defendant is an evil little man, of course he did it on purpose. Thank God I have wonderful neighbors.

8:16 At least she notified him about the baby shower. Our neighbors play loud music almost every weekend, and keep playing it until 3, or later in the morning!

Although the second case involves at-will employment I would say anyone who steals from me-- they're out of the game. What we saw was-- besides the plaintiff, more than one employee engaged in tomfoolery. Obviously, it undermines discipline, a terrible result. But you play stupid games, you win stupid prizes. And the court is not going to step in to figure out what happened here. People should control themselves. I always find it unnerving to see employees act like they're still in high school when they are now adults. Just take yourself out of harm's way, don't put yourself in harm's way. But don't ask the courts for sympathy.

Ok so the first case. I believe she should have received the money for the food. HIS grass that HE cut ended up ON HER LAWN. it's 100% his responsibility to keep his mess on his lawn. I truly believe this is staged, because on the REA SHOW the judge WOULD HAVE RULED FOR HIM TO PAY FOR THE FOOD.

Even if you have a grass catcher on mower it doesn't prevent total clean mowing. JM also would never have made him pay for the food. Legally, too bad for plaintiff.

Please. The beginning. Why couldn't they just take a hint from the People's Court? As much as I like her voice, I don't want to hear her say the same thing over and over at the beginning of every segment. The People's Court opening was a timeless funky groove.

Did he do it on purpose? Of course. Was it illegal? No. Was he sick of her being noisey? Yes was that out of her hands due to construction. Also yes. Deal with it. Can’t sue for money when he didn’t Do anything illegal

“She’s inconsiderate to most of the neighbors because we didn’t want her here.” Oops, did I say that out loud. I guess I did because he didn’t.
This guy had no plans for that day so he came up with a so-called plan just to make it difficult for her. I don’t care what anybody says he does not want her there. I don’t agree with the judge because you can tell there is no working out with this vindictive man.

I would say you need to make peace with whatever decision you make.

  • @SavicksterTheTrixter

Sorry, wrong decision on second case- because the plaintiff may have had many lunches stolen before, more than he stole. Because there was no way to keep track, his action was justified.
I hope he collects unemployment because unemployment, down here, would go in his favor, scolding the defendant for not keeping the workplace not under control.
The defendant witness or another employee may have stolen ten or more times the amount of lunches the plaintiff stole. If that is the case, then NO, the rule was NOT uniformly enforced until everyone was compensated equally, grocery bills specifically for lunch food and all. Milan did not take that into consideration.

For all those siding with the woman in the first case, it works both ways. Both people are doing things they are legally permitted to do. Neither is in the wrong.

Dave brown was totally being petty by purposely mowing his grass during her event. He's the type of neighbor the rest of the neighborhood talk 💩 about on the regular. If he was my neighbor I'd start doing noisy things EVERY SINGLE Saturday and Sunday morning.
