Thank you so much Dr, when cutting dairy for how long should I do it ? I am dairy eater. But recently I have observe that my two weeks and 6 days baby has been very fussy since I have made myself some homemade yogurt and I have been eating that a lot since I made it and he keeps crying. He is also very gassy so I understand that it might be the reason. I am breastfeeding and I’m ready to cut my dairy intake but until when then ? If you can help me with this question, because I plan on breastfeeding until he is a year old. Thank you very much for your videos 🙏🏾
