That’s where we flew into when we went to Everest base camp! It’s awesome! You walk right by the worlds highest air pad on the way up! You have helicopters going through the valley regularly as well and they are awesome to watch. I got sick and had to fly out and it was a crazy ride to lukla and then on to Kathmandu after refueling. Apparently bronchitis at altitude isn’t a good thing lol 2 days in the hospital and I was good as gold.

Why don't they make sensor which will sense the runway and will automatically limit the speed and the height needs to be kept for Landing, and hence take off too accordingly because most of the accidents happen during this period only...need to automate this things by airlines companies.
