I was blown away at how good this simple and cheap exhaust mod made to the 2019 Yamaha TTR-110. The videos never do sound any justice, but this video is pretty close. It is an incredible difference having the FMF Powercore 4!

Found a fmf powercore 4 only thing it says it 2013 thru 18 would that fit mine still? I got a newer ttr 110

Jacob Lucero I have have heard others say you don’t need to, but in my case I did. There’s a few videos on my channel about jetting.
Can you do a before and after with the spark arrester in and out
This exhaust doesn’t have a spark arrestor.

@@dirtbikecole3343 honestly I am not a fan of the FMF Powercore 4. It’s super loud more than it sounds good. Likely soon to get the pro circuit t6, Bills or Factory 4.1 if I can find it.
My cousin has a 2008 ttr 110 and he wants that same exhaust but don’t know if it is a mini or a big

Do you know what spark arrestor fits in this?
I don’t think you can get one after the fact. I am almost certain you have to buy it either with the arrestor or without it.
how much was the pipe? were the graphics just stickers? can you buy all new plastics?
Original plastic and graphics. Exhaust was about $180 or something I think. If I got a new one, it would be the Pro Circuit T6

Joeboy Fast are you fouling plugs at all or no? If yes, anything past 1/4 throttle or so is going to be your main jet. If it runs good wide open, but won’t run from 0 - 1/4 throttle it’s your pilot. Just go up one size at a time until plug is a caramel color after a few wide open passes. If you’re not fouling plugs, just need to adjusted the needle depth on the top of the carb; up for more field delivery and down for less. Hope this helps.

It is my understanding you cannot baffle this one. I do think they sell a fire safe option though

It was pretty sweet, but honestly if you can find the factory 4.1 mini or the bills pipes for it, they have a deeper grunt that sounds better in my opinion

Powercore 4 is full only. Not sure if they have plans for TTR with the rerelease of the 4.1 mini

@@claybuchanan0237 why would you want the spark arrestor? They make the bike go slower ....causes restriction of the exhaust...Its noticeable

Did you ever have to upgrade the jets?
Ray Gentner so yes, I did have it tuned perfectly after the exhaust was put on. Problem is that it was 90-100 degrees out on a regular basis when done. It’s running really lean now with average temps in the 40’s so back to tuning to find the sweet spot!
@@realmmfc any idea what size the jets were that you switched over to?
Ray Gentner I didn’t do the first carb tune, I had a buddy do it. But I drilled out the 95 that was in it a full mm to a 100 main jet and is running perfect now! Best I know pilot only went up one size whatever that sizing is.
How much did you pay for the fmf powercore exhaust
I don’t remember where I bought from or exactly what I paid for it, but it was around $200. Just use google and they should be readily available most places.
