How to make pit bikes adult friendly! | TTR-110 & CRF-110

In this video, we show you which upgrades you should do to make your 110cc pit bike safer and more fun to ride for adults!
Here are the upgrades we did:
-Taller handlebars
-Extended front brake cable
-Stiffer front springs and taller fork dampers
-Stiffer rear shock/spring,
-Full size throttle tube + grips
-Bigger foot pegs
-Bigger gear shifter
-Bigger rear brake pedal

Is it common for the top bolt on the 110 to get stuck because I can’t get mine out

Ours was ok. Try soaking it in penetrating oil for a few hours. Otherwise heat it up with a torch. Heat seems to work most of the time.

Are all ttr110s 08-23 the same??

Not too sure. We know our 2011 and 2009 are the same, but we haven’t worked on newer ones.
