I'll give you a better one : when you woke up in the morning try to remember the last thought before sleeping , in start you can't remember but always try & give pressure to your mind & afterwards you start to get hang of it .. this will definitely help you ...

Ye brain ka ak exercise hein. Ye hamara man ko sant karta hein. Ha, ab agar tum Meditation karne k vakt "hari ohm hari Ohm" ya phir "Jesus Christ" ka naam lete ho, ya phir kisi aur God ke naam lete hon, to ha, vo haram hoga. Par ager tum Allah se dhyaan se kuch mango, ya apne acche health pe concentrate karo, ya phir apne koi zarurath pe concentrate karo, to phir vo haram nhi hein. 🙃
