[Ep 44] Diving Fossil Cave

  • Fossil Cave is an underwater cave located in Mount Gambier, South Australia. It gets its name from the large number of extinct animal bones that were discovered there in the 1970's whilst it was being surveyed. It's now more known for its crystal-clear water and interesting topography but you can still see the pickets around which the survey grid was attached.
    I've also included some footage taken by Ryan Kaczkowski showing the passage that was found a few years ago as he squeezes through it! Not one for the faint hearted.
