“Handmade” means that it is made/assembled by hand. the only thing that the machine do is to mold the patty. The machine doesn’t cook or assemble the burger so its still handmade because the chefs/workers are the one grinding, cooking, assembling the burger.
Burgers should squash down a bit so that you can eat a bit of everything in each bite. That's just my thought and I haven't ever eaten a hamburger because I have aspergers food traits so I could be wrong. What do other people think?

I'd way rather enjoy 3-4 of those sliders rather than that massive burger you wreck your jaw trying to eat, and have it fall apart n shit, more surface area to get nice crusts on smaller patties as well..
