The more fat your ground beef has the more it shrinks, use the lean stuff for less "shrink-flation." Shrink-flation is real, but this is just fatty meats, nothing more.
@@VitiatedsHOWTO was it frozen beforehand? Wally world burgers usually get frozen during shipping, adding more water to the meat. That being said that looks about right for 80/20.
