Hello, guys! Thank you very much for watching! I have some news for you... I'm out of ideas again. To be honest, I have some, but whenever I try to write a scenario for the video, I feel like something is wrong and the video will be boring. So that's why I'm asking for your ideas! I really want to know if there are some kind of videos you've always wanted to see, or if there are some topics that we can discuss. One of the commenters suggested to make a video about my expectations for Eurovision 2020 (and it was a great idea), but the thing is that I don't really have any expectations. Anyway, I'll be very grateful for all your ideas. Thank you once again.

I think the reason why there can be max 6 persons on stage because 6 is the first "perfect" number (really) so with 6 participants you can have 2 other chorists per person in a duet, but also 1 other chorist per person in a trio

    • @spectremodtrain5936

I would say it's also 1. To cut costs down, and reduce choreography times, 2. So that they are not so heavy for the stage, 3. To stop cramping in smaller stages, 4. To keep performances original

As for some of your thoughts:
    - My favourite year would be 2012 or 2010, but I'll pick 2010. That year was E P I C & very competitive, and many memorable entries. Especially, Turkey, Romania & Greece to name a few.
    - My favourite moment... hmm I have too many. But for me it's always Jamala's wail of pain, anger and sadness in the bridge of 1944 (Ukraine 2016). Even if you don't speak Crimean Tatar you'll understand the chorus after that.

Esc 2015 and 16 were the best years for me and for your channel you should make Eurovision, The Fairytale! I’ll explain below.....
So basically you have to pick your two best years of Eurovision and give them Fairytale roles it can be whatever u want like Prince, Princess and so on. You can add in your own... here are some of mine but from different years.......
Lena (Germany 2010 and 2011) - Evil Queens Daughter
Hatari (Iceland 2019) - Knights that work for the evil queen
Nina Sublatti (Georgia 2015) - Evil Queen
Freddie (Hungary 2016) - Runaway Teen from the village
Zoe (Austria 2016) - Good Queens Daughter
    Kate-Miller H (Australia 2019) - Good Queen
Paradise Oskar (Finland 2011 I think?) - Handsome Apple Picker
    And finally.....
Francesca Michelin (Italy 2016) - Good Queens Gardener
So how about that for a video idea, huh? You can thank me later! Btw I subbed 😋😋😋

To make you feel old, I'll let you know that I started following Eurovision in 2016, but I remember watching it in 2004 for the first time. Eurovision has been a pleasure for me since then (probably cause my country won in 2005, I was 6 years old then). My family and friends still make fun of me getting so excited about Eurovision every year, but since 2016 you guys keep reminding me I'm not alone in this.
Oh, and thanks to Eurovision (and to big football tournaments) I was urged to learn geography from a very young age, and people were wondering how I knew so many things about Europe when I was just 7 or 8. Good times.
Also, I'm pretty surprised that you couldn't remember who came 9th in 2017, which was just 2 years ago. I thought every fan knew the results of all years by heart.

I definitely agree with 2015 being the strongest year! Actually, funnily enough, that was my first year watching. I am American so obviously people in the states do not really know about Eurovision, but I watched it and fell in love. I enjoy most of the 2015 songs, and even if I don't really care much for one of them, it still holds a spot in my heart because it was my first year being a part of this great big contest's audience. The first time I've heard about Eurovision was in 2013, when they announced participant from my country (Amandine Bourgeois from France) and I asked my mom what was Eurovision and she said: "It's song contest where we suck"(kinda). The next year, I've heard more about it, because Conchita was one of a kind so they mentioned her in the news, and also because it was the first and only year that France got last in Eurovision. Then I started to watch the year later, but I didn't watch much, like only the final and at least until France performed, but Lisa Angell was the 2nd to perform so yeah I didn't watch much😅. Then in 2016, I know I've watched the grand final, and I know I've watched the semi finals after, on UA-cam. And starting from 2017, I've watched the semi-finals and the grand final almost completely (but since the grand final got longer my mom didn't want me to watch it completely)

"There are new fans that joined in 2017 or 2018..."
    Me: Oh, that's me!
    "Who haven't seen anything"
Me, who takes everything personally: *offended*(I know it wasn't meant to, I just get like that)
But I mean, I feel so bad in the fandom sometimes. People are nice even if I reveal how new here I am, that's not the problem. It's the feeling of knowing I'm a noob, and I feel so dumb. It's always "rate XY of this decade" for example on Reddit, people are talking about the past(returning acts this year, as you kinda said) and I'm just like... Yeah, no. No clue. I went to kindergarten when a lot of fans that are here now came. Some people I met in the fandom watched Eurovision years before I was born.
I might be here now, I'm ready for the following years... But I feel like that's worthless. Like that I have fun watching Eurovision isn't enough, I have to study the lore, know stuff about past years, try to match knowledge off all you... To be a real fan, and not a dumbass. I just want to enjoy the thing, without having to know stuff... And the weird thing is that no one, NO ONE ever belittled for being new here and not knowing stuff. I just feel like I should know.

You'll find me listening to songs ranging from 1958, to 67, to like just... the 80s and 90s in general, and others from many years. I pride myself on having an ecclectic taste ;)

Eres Tú and Waterloo were both hits in the US in 1974, which is often considered by chart watchers to be one of the worst years in Billboard history. I found this kinda interesting since both of these songs are generally liked by Eurovision fans, especially the latter.

I really liked 2008 and 2016. I go back and re-watch a lot of the songs from those two years. By the way, have you done a video where you talk about your Top 10 favourite Eurovision songs (so far)? Maybe you did and I just forgot about it, but that would be fun. Safer option than doing a countdown of your favourite to least favourite, since people can't really attack you for leaving a song they like out of your personal Top 10.

    1. Hungary and Sweden got the same number of NQ this decade. (HUN in 2019&SWE in 2010)
    2. In Moldovian Staging 2018 were 7 People, because in one moment, there were 3 women.

I personally care for eurovision from 2000 and then..Of course before of that year, i always knew the greek entry,i was watching the selections(if there was any)and i also watched the show on tv..But i started to pay much more time for this ,only by last year..I mean i started to watch tops, commenting etcetc..Im not an expert myself, but from last year to now,i have learnt many things!Anyway the oldest esc competitions arent my fav..they seem too old...
Your thoughts are great..i also was wondering about the 6 ppl on stage..i guess they have done this, cause too many ppl on stage would be more like circus...and 6 is just a number..not too many not so few..i guess..Now..about ideas..i dont really have any!All issues are already done around you tube..Tops of all kind..parodies..games,quizes..I really dont have anything to suggest! :) But i always find your videos unique!Im sure youll come up with new ideas, soon!! :)

4:30 no it is not always 6 Countries who automatically do qualify for the final. There might be as well 25. It depends on the hosting country or the country that won the year before. For example, if Uk, Spain, Germany, France or Italy wins (I said 'if' xD) it will be 25 countries in the final

You cannot compare ESC 2009 and ESC 2013 when it comes to the stages ( 2013's stage is significantly small than 2009 or 2014's stage ).They've made that requirement in order to made the stages look acceptably large and somehow to keep them the same .

About why 6 people are allowed:
The rule was introduced in 1971. Before 1971 only soloist or duets were permitted. I don't know why they choose 6.
